If i could give no star i would. Paid off my over draft loan. For them to take 20 off my total payoff.. now i still owe for my loan.. they are slick crooks.. wish we could have them charged.. i only did the over draft cause they really dont help like they claim they wiuld

I absolutely love Morgan. I never have any issues when I deal with her. I usually go through the drive through but went into the location and she made my first time very pleasant. So glad to be doing business with location. She is a wonderful asset

First south is a JOKE of a credit union. I’ve been with them for 10 years and their approval rate on auto, home and personal loans is ridiculous. They don’t care ANYTHING about their customers and I will be closing my account and going to another credit union that offers members ACTUAL benefits. First south is a JOKE ! Put your money elsewhere

Recieved excellent customer service . Workers greeted me as I came in highly recommend them to anyone. I was assisted by Kyea she was very welcoming and helpful.

Pretty good credit union. I had a vehicle financed thru here and I was given an awesome interest rate. I then inquired about another loan I had and they were able to provide an even lower interest rate so I refinance with them. The only thing I don't like is the monthly fee on the savings account. I feel as customers there should not be a limit set on how much you need in an account in order not to accrue a monthly fee. Other than that I will look into the credit union for any financial needs in the future. Thanks!

If I could put ZERO STARS I would. The customer service is abysmal. There was a $10 fraudulent charge on my account, and this bank said it would cost me $50 to fill out fraudulent paperwork. Don't bank here. They are NOT your friends.

I'm not a fan of hidden fees and not being told the correct information. However I am changing my review because a manager, Debra, personally called me and not only resolved my issue but took the time to explain to me what happened and how to keep it from happening again. That really means the world to me. I feel like I'm appreciated as a member of this institution.

Love this financial institution. Lois the President of the Germantown pkwy branch is amazing at customer satisfaction.
