My intake agent was Ms. Erica. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She walked me through all the best options for me. She answered all of my questions, and I felt that she cared. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I would recommend her to my family and friends for sure. By far, dealing with this insurance company was my best experience.

I can say that everyone at Mrs. Taylor’s office is the bomb, I have to personally shout out Shelly. She has been on top of it any time I have an issue. She informs me of new information that would be beneficial to me and my girls. Kimberly Taylor’s office is so amazing and I wouldn’t give my business to no one but her. I just recently had my car stolen and State Farm along with the office took very great care of me. I had a rental the same day, my claim specialist kept me updated when my car was found, and it was another area that called to check on me and to make sure I was taken care of and to assure me that they had me. I have no complaints as they gave top tier service. Thank you Kim and office for doing an amazing job with taking care of your clients. Shelly I appreciate you and everything you do and have done for me and my family. 1000/10 for sure.
