The branch manager Chuck is condescendingly rude. This visit was a entire pain. And the clerk, white lady with short blonde hair cut wasn't aware enough to inform me they didn't have affiliation with my job, when I told her exactly why I was there when I arrived, and completely wasted my time. Also my credit score went down 5 points immediately from a hard inquiry they made even though the clerk said it would be a soft one.
