I just bought a canister filter at Meijer with this company name on the box. I don't know if it's still the same company but it was a very affordable filter and seems to be doing as good of a job as anything for 20 gallon tank. They were actually running a sale so I bought two filters.

I work in a water mitigation business and I had to call Penn Plax about a fish tank filter and I had a rough description of the filter from pictures in my file and they were able to tell me what kind of filter it was, what the precise nature of the problem was, and helped me understand how the filter worked to be able to get my job done in that file.
