I love this place. It's very laid back, and everyone here is personable and lovely. I never feel uninformed, which is a big deal to me. A lot of things about my own body go over my head. Having someone put up with all my hairbrained questions, and then taking the time to patiently answer them so I understand it all, puts my mind at ease. I really do appreciate it immensely.

I initially found ZupMed in March of 2020 when i needed a covid test, and have been a loyal patron ever since. The level of service, facilities, and staff consistently exceed expectations. I am confident that there is no other clinic in the City of Memphis or surrounding area that will provide you with the level of service that you will receive at ZupMed.

I Love Zupmed. The Finks did an amazing job and really got thought of everything down to the smallest detail. The staff is great too. They are super friendly, and caring. They genuinely listen to you as well. They are very detailed and make sure you get a full breakdown of everything going on with you and the treatment and treatment options. I’ve had a great experience with all of the staff especially Dr. Carmon. She is a Godsend! My insurance added more barriers to care with my diabetes medication and she got on top of things right away to help me get it fully covered again.

From when I called until my visit they were great! I called and ask questions and they were so nice! I would point out a particular person but the whole staff was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

This place is fantastic! The staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming and I leave feeling informed and reassured. I love meeting with Alex Carmon! She is wonderful and takes careful consideration to make sure I understand things in a way that makes sense to me. I am generally nervous about any medical care, but ZüpMed makes me feel confident and hopeful about taking care of myself. Thank you to everyone at ZüpMed!

ZupMed is the Chick-fil-a of the medical world! Their customer service is above and beyond. The Pharmacy team is extremely thorough and relentless at giving the best possible medication guidance. The amount of intention and sincerity that is given to the context of each patients circumstance puts Zupmed in a league of its own. I have never felt so seen and heard as a patient as I have at Zupmed- it feels like family and you will be blessed by their care.

The team at Zup is excellent! I've gone to many specialists over the years for an autoimmune issue that has never been resolved. Dr. Shannon Finks was able to use new protocols to help resolve this issue and help me regain my health. So thankful for this clinic and each of the Dr.'s and staff.

Love this practice so much! The kindest, most wonderful doctors and staff, who go above and beyond to help you, even when you walk in the door about 3 minutes before closing like I did one day. Absolutely the best! Cannot say enough good things about these people!

I have had absolutely the best experience with ZupMed. I can’t even begin to express what a blessing it has been. If you need to be seen urgently and they are all booked up, they will reach out to you ASAP if anything opens up. If you need anything at all, they are incredibly quick to respond and assist you. I’m a student and have had a lot of unexpected health issues over the past year, so this has been a wonderful place to be a part of. I highly recommend them! I also love that they offer pharmacogenomics testing- this is definitely something worth investing in. I think the team is just amazing, and it is so cool having pharmacists on staff. Everyone works together to come up with the best solution for each patient. They are also really great about including a holistic approach to their care which I love. I always feel heard and looked out for and never judged.

I adore this place! Everyone here is so friendly, they always get me scheduled super quickly, and their attention to detail is ON POINT. Months after coming to visit them for some health issues, I returned to receive a routine physical and the physician who had seen me last time went out of her way to come talk to me and check in. I felt so seen and heard, which is VERY rare in healthcare nowadays. I will always seek this place out and highly recommend to others.
