I came in to get gas and the pump wasn’t working and when I told the guy he was so rude so I told him to cancel the transaction. He proceeded to give me attitude, he told me it would take a few hours for the money to go back on to my card. I still haven’t gotten my refund it’s been 2 days and no one will pick up the phone.

Would love to give a rave review but instead went for a simple door dash pick up, got yelled at, and told “I’m going to say this one more time, please tell WHOEVER you work for that we DO NOT do DOOR DASH!!” I hope this gentleman gets his life together and has a better day because that is not the way to treat clients and his customer service is awful. I will not be back for any business at this location.

I used to love coming here, but the last few years is a disappointment after disappointment. I have the rewards app, receive the emails weekly giving me 10c off and NEVER get them, no matter where, when or how, but never get the 10c off. That is why this gas stations are emptier than ever!

We have spent the day in Vanderbilt Children’s hospital with my younger sister. We are exhausted and on the way home stopped to use the restroom here. The man running the store was outside smoking a cigarette and seemed annoyed at my husband coming into the store. My husband said he was just looking for a restroom. The guy was extremely rude and said “the restroom is closed, that’s why the light is off and we posted a sign on the door” It was was really unnecessary, especially after the day we’ve had.

I can guarantee all the people that are leaving bad reviews more than likely came into the store and acted in some kinda disrespectful manner. The employees threat everyone great untill you come in with an attitude, then you get it right back.

This is the worst BP gas station!! They only have a few pumps working. Others always have bags on the pump. McDonalds customers always park at the pump to go in and get food and they are not getting gas. You try to use your card at the pump and it never works so you have to go in just for the attendant to look at you and say" the chip reader doesn't work". Well it would have been nice to have a sign on the pump.

We stopped for a quick bite after we left the airport and my little guy wanted his favorite... McDonald’s. Only problem was he wanted lunch and it was 0845 in the morning. After much discussion I told him “when we get to the counter he could ask if it was lunch or breakfast, and if it was lunch he could order his fries and burger”. I've tried to be a patron for over 10 years, but I'm done. Only premium gas available today, took 25minutes for it to pump 18.5 gallons, and because it was so slow it didn't sense tank being full. Thus an overflow, which gas got on my vehicle and shoes before I could turn off. Management and ownership need to REPLACE THE PUMPS and KEEP GAS IN THE STORAGE TANKS!!!
