this was literally the worst experience i've ever had here. the lady at the register was so rude because the card declined. she had the absolute worst attitude i've ever seen and was rude to me and my friends. she was openly implying to the other customers that i was wasting her time bc i had the wrong card out. the establishment was extremely filthy with bugs everywhere. super unprofessional but it's mapco so how professional can it be. i will just go to speedway next time #speedway4life

I'm glad still store went 24hrs its been 2yrs now and im in there every night. The doors are never closed no matter what time it is.

I was going to purchase an A&W rootbeer and the price was $1.79 each other buy 2 and get one free. so I was going to buy 2 and the 3rd free.....I thought. the lady rung my order and it came to $4.69. I informed her it was buy 2 get 1 free. she verified it and said she fixed it. price didn't change. she then said they where $2.09 each. The sign said $1.79. she said she was sorry but that's the price. I guess they make it up as they go at the Mapco at 5500 Saundersville rd in Mt. Juliet, TN.

This is just simply UNACCEPTABLE! I was going to come and and buy some things while getting my 3 year old out I noticed this employee smoking and holding the door. No she wasn’t just”holding the door open for someone” she was standing there with the door open smoking. We took our business somewhere else.

excellant staff, very friendly, read the reviews so i agree with most of them, closing early cant be helped when the computers go down, gas prices are more reasonable than other in this area, but here again your paying for convienence and location next to the lake.

I'm really getting tired of the employees working here closing the store early. If the store doesn't close until a specific time make sure your employees don't close until that time. There's been numerous occasions where the person closing closes ten to thirty mins early.

Awesome staff! Specifically Marsha & Kayla. They are always friendly and helpful, ensuring that their regular customer's favorite items are continually in stock. I know of others, along with myself, whose morning commute has altered since Marsha's recent transfer to this store.
