I went in to purchase myself a single beer and my children wanted to get a drink for our late night dinner. I was informed by the cashier and manager (Joyce) that they could not sell me a beer because my children did not have IDs. Please note my children had their drinks (chocolate milk and energy drink) in their hands and I had my beer in mine; they did not touch my beer at any point. When I asked why they could not sell me the beer, I was told “Because our policy is if a minor is present we cannot conduct the sale.” I have never had this issue at any other convenience store or grocery store in the Mount Juliet area. I would suggest if you are purchasing beer or wine DO NOT go to this store.

Every time I come by, the store is closed from 1-3 AM. That’s unacceptable.

Running late at night after working 16 hou6 I stopped in I didn't see the handicap parking because it's up to hi now I'm in a lot of troublethanks

Tried to charge $8 a pack for cigarettes that were displayed for $6.29. When inquired as to why, was told you have to have a card and she didn’t have any cards. This is terrible service and I’m not sure it’s even legal. Avoid at all costs. No telling what else you are being ripped off for.

I see others have complained, but if you’re going to advertise 24 hrs, be open 24 hrs. You can just as easily say 23 hrs or “closed these hours”.

Nasty bathrooms! The sign says they are cleaned "at least two times per day" but it looked like it hadn't been touched in a month... weeks worth of dust on the fixtures and sinks were clogged with trash and gum. Also, the soap wasn't just empty, the entire dispenser was missing.

Do not use the self-checkout kiosks. Both of my card #s have been stolen using it. It's the only place I've used 2 different cards at. Beware.

They advertise 24 hr service. That is an incomplete truth. You can purchase fuel 24 hrs however the main "convenience" store is closed from 12:50 am to 1:50 am CST making it essentially a 23 hr store. Also if you show up during the 2nd shift "Jake" has the worst attitude you could expect from a guy that is upset about the fact that he wished he had done more with his life. Toxic is an understatement for his demeanor. I only stop at this place at all no because fuel is cheaper than most places around here other than the Kroger less than a mile away. If Kroger closed I would drive to Antioch for fuel. Stop here only if you have no other choice. Honestly if I have another option available I will not stop here again. Well maybe I would if I am frustrated with my Coworkers and wanted to hear "Jake" complain about his while he is taking his time talking to the customers in front of me about his troubles. Customer service is 2nd tier here.

This seemed like a fairly clean gas station with decent parking. But it was difficult to get out of the parking lot and there wasn't any soap in the bathroom at the time we stopped.

Tough access at this location due to road construction and location. Go down the road to Thorntons at TN109. If you are looking for *any* interaction with staff, for anything, look elsewhere. Mentioned to the gal at the counter the fountain drinks was out of cups. "And what's the point of telling me that? I've got enough to do here as it is"

Only reason I am giving this place a one star is because this morning my tire was low air sitting at 23 psi I went to put air in my tires there to make it home and the machine nozzle must be broken or something because I could hear the air escaping in my tire went down to 12 psi thank God the next gas station was down the street or I would’ve been in some trouble you guys tire air machine nozzle needs to be replaced ASAP people are wasting their money in that machine trying to get air for the tires.

Great location for quick gas and refresh. Convenience store is ok and staff is friendly. Gas price is competitive
