Ryan Welch helped me out immensely throughout this entire process. He answers questions promptly, provides great insight, breaks down the financial aspect of buying and selling in a manner that is easy to understand. He was able to work the numbers to where I received the best possible outcome. Extremely experienced lender and the lower than expected interest rates and closing costs are there to prove it! There was never a time where I couldn’t call with a question and he didn’t answer the phone, day, nights and weekends. He has a customer for life, highly highly recommend.

Alec and his team went above and beyond to get our loan closed efficiently and timely! They made the process so easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend working with them! They had a personal touch that made the buying process that much better, Lori worked late hours multiple nights to ensure we closed on time. As a first time home buyer I can highly recommend Alec he was great to work with and made the process awesome!

And just like that, cashed-out in less than 2-weeks from the initial conversation. Logan kept me posted on every aspect of the refi process, until completion. Alec Petrosky was my loan officer. He has helped me through this journey in purchasing a house. He made sure to communicate with me as far as missing paperwork and what all i need to complete the buying process. This is my first time being a home buyer and he walked me and explained every process step by step. He is great!! i definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Kevin made himself available at any point - day or night - to answer any questions I had. They made buying a home incredibly easy. Cannot recommend Kevin enough and super appreciative all of the time he spent helping us get situated into our new home!

Working with Ryan was amazing. He was on top of everything. Ryan and Lori were amazing. Even though we live in Kentucky and they are located in Tennessee it was a breeze. Not only were we first time home buyers but we were able to build our home thanks to Ryan and Lori. It was a USDA loan and Ryan took care of every bit of it and he was hands on every step of the way. There’s no way I would ever think about going anywhere else than iServe and working with Ryan and Lori. I would recommend them 1000% percent of the time. Thank you so much Ryan and Lori for taking care of us.
