My partner and I found working with them to be very helpful. We were able to find a rental we love, and we definitely have Kimbrough to thank for that! He showed a few different places, and for the place we ended up renting, he was able to get us a viewing earlier than we thought we could, which I am certain made all the difference in us being able to snag a place. He was supportive and helpful as we navigated the Nashville rental market!

Me and my roommates toured a listing in Murfreesboro that Conner Anderson was selling. He was very inattentive, the door was left unlocked, there were several bugs within the unit. Even with all that we were still interesting bc it could be fixed easily. We asked about the application link multiple days, he never got in contact with us and it took me to call the realtor business 3 days later to get in contact with him to tell me that the listing was moved into the day i called! He was not communicative at all.

Incredible customer service by Kimbrough Dunlap! We were looking for short term rental near Nashville for our son and another student for summer internships. Kimbrough sent us several options within an hour or two of our inquiry that fit perfectly within our parameters of mileage, cost efficiency, all while considering the age of our son and his roommate. Kimbrough was super efficient in communicating with us and we were completing the process of becoming short term renters within a week of beginning the process!
