Store refused to honor a warranty from another unbreakit location. The associate said this store is running a 'new database system' only at this store, and they are unable to lookup repairs from any other unbreakit location. So you will have to pay again.
That's an incredible new system...great job!

My Pixel phone wasn't charging, Sterling at the downtown Nashville store cleaned the USB port and the cable snaps in like new! And he didn't charge me any $$. Outstanding!
