I was in this store today to return a mobile car mount. Jack greeted me warmly and expressed his wish to take care of my return. He was warm, courteous and friendly as if he were making a sale rather than handling a return! He handled the process quickly and efficiently! I will make this particular AutoZone my auto equipment choice in the future!

Willie just provided me with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Rude from the moment we walked in.. He sold us a part that didn’t fit on my car, which wasn’t a big deal, but was extremely rude when I tried to return it. Told my friend (a mechanic) that he “doesn’t know what he’s doing”. Honestly just all around a terrible attitude. I’ve been to this autozone plenty of times & will not be returning due to this interaction.

This is the Best AutoZone I have been to in a long time. The management was amazing plus the crew are very friendly and nice caring people. Store 02302 yall rock!

Shout out to Amanda J.! She provided exceptional customer service and braved the sweltering heat to help me with my bulb issue. She even walked me through how to replace it on my own in the future.

This location knows how to take care of their customers! Kim Leturgez helped me with a battery, she ran a test and replaced it all within 20 minutes. Being new to the area I was unsure where to take my vehicle and she displayed genuine hospitality towards me. I know where I’m going if I ever need anything for my vehicle in the future.

Tre Kelly & Kim Leturgez did an AWESOME job helping me find Exactly what I needed for my trip to Boston! The Amazon trash I bought actually cost a little more than what they had in store and I am Super happy with how bright it is and it functions Perfectly! We had to find a few extra parts, like an extension for the connection to reach my plug and some Zip ties etc, but Kim helped me find it all and got me on my way quickly! I Love this kind of service and I'm so happy that I was able to find Exactly what I was looking for! Great job you two and get these folks a Raise ASAP! 😁😁👍🏼🛻💨

These people are crooks. They do not care about customers or customer service.. I spent hundreds of dollars on their online system for parts I needed and even made sure they were in stock by calling the store and asking buy part number as I was making my order. Put my order in because I was actively working on two different vehicles. Continued to work. After three hours, they canceled my order.. They also kept my money and the refund they said would take 5 to 7 business days.. I asked them to please just fill the order or what they had in stock of the order because their excuse was one item which they would not let me know which one was out of stock. Now I am out the money down to vehicles and hopefully can locally source the parts somewhere else.. I will actively tell anyone and everyone who will listen not to shop at AutoZone. Thank you.

Just wanted to say I really am I appreciative of kind people. I stopped in because my check engine light was on for a few days. Tre K. was so very helpful to me. He ran the testing for me so I knew what was possibly going on with my car. He printed the sheet off for me and just had a such a really great attitude. He even complemented my vehicle on the great smell. 10/10 would return to this location specifically for Tre K. Thank you for such a positive experience.
