Unfortunately, I've had to take my truck in for 3 different accidents within 12 months. Central Pike Collision not only made it look as though nothing ever happened, they did it lightning fast. Twice, they got it back to me in about a week. The one time that did take longer was due to a factory backorder on a part. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else after my next accident, which is apparently due to happen any day now ?

I just want to thank Palmer and his TEAM for an outstanding job on my car repair. These people are TOP notch and I will tell all of my friends. They are fair, professional, and thorough. They had my damage repaired and restored in only a few day. Thank you so much for making this an easy process. I appreciate it !

Stuart was great! He helped me with my truck door not opening issue and was fast, great customer service and helpful. I’ll definitely be taking my vehicles here for future repairs.

To who it may concern,
My guess the owner. I am still sitting in the parking lot and flabbergasted by the unprofessional services I just experienced.
I walked in and he asked me how he could help. I explained to him I had a dent on the front hood of my Toyota Prius. He cut me off mid sentence and said nope.
I was confused with the response. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t even look at it until next week. I told him that’s fine but would appreciate putting an eye on it to see if he could fix it.
Very unfortunate because I have used him several times in the past.
I will not be back. If I could give zero stars I would due to the disrespect.

If you live in the Nashville area and ever in need of body work on your car, I highly, highly recommend Central Pike Collision Repair in Hermitage!!They replaced my front bumper in 2 days. My wife and I brought our vehicle to Central Pike Collision last week. Big mistake. Their website makes promises that they don't back up. For instance, their site says they accept all insurance. Yet when we told the manager that we have State Farm Insurance, he said "State Farm sucks" and said that they don't accept State Farm claims. Not exactly a professional a way to discuss this with a customer. Secondly, their website says they guarantee their work - yet when they left a yellowish-looking strip of paint in the middle of the passenger side door that they repaired, they wanted another $300 to correct their poor paint job. When we went to pick the vehicle up after the work was done, we were also surprised to be told they only accept cash or checks. That should be shared prior to work being performed.

Called for an estimate, and the person who answered the phone blurted out, "NO" before I finished my question. I understand that my vehicle was too old (1985 Ford Bronco II) to be considered, but the rude, belligerent attitude was poor customer service in my opinion. A horrible attitude.

I've had my car in here twice and both times I have had an excellent experience. The first time I brought it in the quote they gave me was about 40% less than one I had gotten at another shop.Work was done fast and it looks great. If needed I will bring my care here again. They went above and beyond by fixing a small issue not related to the main work they were doing.Services: Painting

Brought in my Acura after a slight fender bender for a bumper replacement. While there I had a deep gash in my side skirt repaired. I got the car fixed and it turned out looking brand new. These guys to do a great job.Service: Body & Trim
