Ant infestation, no air conditioning, no hot water, horrible customer service, management refused to issue a refund. We went to a different hotel in a safer area. UPMC will never use this hotel chain again. Lost $1400 for 3 nights and only stayed 2. Complete scam.

Huge room with fridge and safe. Large bathroom. Indoor swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Just missing portico to put the suitcases.

We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn! They had friendly customer service, clean rooms/lobby, comfortable queen beds, and easy parking. We would absolutely stay here again. We did have a slight difficulty with the bathtub in our room, but Sherry at the front desk was amazing and resolved the issue immediately! Overall, great experience!!

Disappointing. As Diamond Elite, I'm used to IHG and Holiday Inn Express. This one had ants in the room on the counter, which I have never soon. The room wasn't offered to be cleaned until I was back at 6pm, pretty late. Breakfast was at best average IHG, which as diamond was free, but not good enough to pay for. And the parking lot.was half.closed for blacktopping, which explains the "free" parking. After this one, I'll be working on my Hyatt points a while.

Rooms: Very nice, clean rooms with everything you need. Rooms have mini fridge, safe, microwave waves and single cup coffee maker.
Nearby activities: Nissan stadium and downtown Nashville.
Safety: I felt plenty safe there.
Walkability: Easy walk if you're in good shape, but the hotel has a transit. The driver will leave you at one point and come back every hour til about 8, (I think) to take you back to your room.

A clean, friendly, easily accessible stay. A great experience overall. Free parking and the service was awesome. So friendly and helpful for all the financial info. Room was very well kept and quiet. HIGHLY recommend this one for price and comfort!!!

Location of hotel is good if you're there for an event at stadium otherwise there's a walk to downtown or thy shuttle that is offered through hotel until 8p. The neighborhood is sketchy and there's nothing close by with exception of stadium. Staff is friendly which is why they received 3 stars as well as room was presentable. You can hear the concerts as if you are actually there and the folks celebrating in the hall of your floor. Quiet is not a word used at this hotel during the hours of 8p through 2am. The breakfast is not like other holiday inn offerings and the much of the fruit offered at breakfast was moldy. Stay here for the convenience of the stadium.

Prime location and parking, and the shuttle made everything so much easier! Had an issue with our room at the start, but Sherry was quick to offer a solution and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown - Stadium and was disappointed despite the hotel’s newly renovated appearance. The faucet water took an unusually long time to heat up, which was inconvenient. At check-in, the staff were rude and unhelpful, making the arrival process unnecessarily frustrating. While the rooms are updated, the TVs didn’t work properly — casting was not possible, which was a major letdown.
What made the stay worse was the noise. The walls are incredibly thin, and I received a noise complaint just for existing, even though other guests were screaming and running up and down the hallways at 2:30 AM on a weeknight. It felt like noise issues were poorly managed. Overall, while the renovations give it a fresh look, the service and comfort level were severely lacking. Would not recommend staying here again.

Just stayed here last night and we will definitely be going back! Everyone was nice and gave us compliments. Baggage man was sweet and asked us if we needed help to our room. They have a shuttle that drops you off at 2nd avenue and stops running at 8. Pool was nice with sunlight windows and lounge chairs. Bar was clean and lobby was beautifully arranged with nice furniture. Some tables had charging and outlet stations. You DO havw to pay extra for breakfast unless you choose a Package option. The host at the breakfast stand was so nice! He gave us a paper with things to do in the area and even took our plates when we were done eating. The hallways smelled amazing. I gave the room 4/5 stars because the beds were a little hard. However, I could not feel my husband move at all. The walkway to the bathroom was a little small. We could fit just fine but Im not sure anyone over weight would be able to. The bathroom, on the other hand, was beautiful. A glass walk-in shower and all dove products (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hand lotion). Which I absolutely loved! And they smelled amazing. Curtains are sheer off white color. There IS a $150 deposit which they informed us not to put on a cash app or chime card because it will take 45 days to get it back. You will also need a parking pass to park so don't get towed!

This hotel was perfect for my 1 week trip. Close to amenities and sites without being right downtown. The staff were all amazing, kind, sweet and friendly.
Hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Nashville.
Thank y'all for the hospitality. If I could give more stars I would :)

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. After a very friendly check-in, I used the shuttle to head downtown. This is a fantastic asset to the hotel because the location is really great for the Nissan stadium but the shuttle saves you the walk. I did also walk to the farmer's market and it was very do-able.
I think the hotel offers everything you're looking for at a hotel: snacks for purchase, a bar, pool, and gym. The elevator was quick.
The room was very wonderful and I think the new updates are absolutely beautiful. There are many plugs throughout the room, the TV is massive and offers cable. The AC/heater in the room had a very intuitive thermostat and was not noisy at all. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the shower has Olay shampoo/body wash with all the hot water you could ask for.
Overall, I'd choose this hotel again.
