Debbie is the best Realtor to work with if you want a dedicated, experienced advocate who is well versed in the middle Tennessee real estate market! After we searched for the perfect condo and wanted to make an offer, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation-4 offers had already been submitted. Debbie crafted an amazing offer that impressed the seller so much they had to accept it...and it wasn't the highest $$ offer they received, but Debbie put together stipulations that were hard to beat in any other competing offer.
