Had my windows shattered in a hotel parking lot. My insurance sent paperwork over and Vicki called me first thing. She got me scheduled right away and I was able to get on the road far sooner than I expected. Overall a good experience considering the situation.

Next day service to address a windshield issue I had. They came to my door (house) to fix in less than an hour. Reasonable costs (with support from car insurance). Technician was extremely professional and communicated & managed my expectations through the process.

Morris Glass was great to work with. They handled everything in-house. Eric F. came to my residence first to repair the glass, he was very honest in stating that the glass actually needed to replaced. Between Eric F., his staff and my insurance company they were able to get my glass safely replaced. He communicated his arrival time with accuracy. He worked professionally and got me on my way. Cannot say enough good things about him and how he updated me with the latest next steps in his process. Kudos to him and his outstanding personality and his commitment to getting the job done.

I had two vehicles with cracked windshields due to encounters with I-40 flying stones.
Team at Jack Morris replaced both quickly in less than 90 minutes for both cars! Worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Communication was great from start to finish. Very satisfied.

erik and sherese were great and had excellent customer service! windshield was replaced a day after it cracked. erik knocked it out in an hour from my work parking lot and it was so clear i had to make sure it was really there lol!!

The roads in the booming Nashville area are so busy now it's not unusual to get a chipped or cracked windshield. It has happened to me several times now. Jack Morris Auto glass on Charlotte pike is who I always call. Vicki and Chereese take care of me immediately, include me in a 3 way call with my insurance. Simple and easy. I filed a claim through my insurance for my windshield being cracked by a rock. Jack Morris is one of their recommended companies. Monday the technician called said he would be there in an hour and he was on time. Done the job very efficiently and professional. I would recommend Jack Morris 100 %.
