I am an agent from Des Moines Iowa in town today. Stopped in to use the drop in computers. Their staff was great, agents very friendly. To be expected with Keller Williams! Thanks for letting me use your office!

I would not make sure they are my Realtor while purchaing home. They and their preferable lender tend to judge people on their first interaction unless you pull up in a porsche or lamborghini. Unless you show off, their assumption of client is they are not well off financially.
Major reasons i would not choose them as you get profiled based on how you look, talk and what car you drive.

Poor ethics, Ryan Taylor approached us with an offer on our home and wanted to extort additional commission for himself within the offer. This was a countered with the commission that he was requesting going to the buyer. We were only a few thousand off and was not countered and he was sarcastic in his comments towards our agent. Is this practice in the best interest of his client? This guy came to our house 1 time and expected a 15 thousand dollar commission. Our agent gladly gave back what his request was but this was to go to the buyer. I have never had an agent do this during a negotiation. This agency needs to have ethics training.Yes sir the buyer has the choice but the agent has influence over them. Was he waiting to get a better commission?Thank you for your feedback

5 stars!!!! I love the level of personal attention I receive. I feel like I am top priority, and they are genuinely invested in helping agents build and grow a successful business. They continue to check in with me and offer support. I'm a huge fan!!!

My agent cut a lot of corners, acted lazily, and did a few things for which one might lose a license. I cannot recommend KW Mt Juliet

Amanda, Whitney and others we have had the pleasure of meeting have been outstanding! Always in communication, quick responses, kind and wonderful people! I love it when realtors help you see potential in places you're looking at. And they are so helpful in any questions you have about selling your home as well! I ALWAYS recommend them!

I had an initial good experience while being shown homes however during the contract phase of writing up an offer on a home I wanted to purchase , the contract did not protect my earnest money. I preferred to go hard only after I was released from contingencies on my home that I was selling. The agent would not listen to my request and argued. She wanted my money to go hard once I accepted an offer on my home. Until contingencies are removed on any sale, it is not final and the buyer of that property could back out. To get clarity I contacted my agent on the home I was selling. This made the agent who was writing the contract on the new home very angry. She wanted to dictate to me and not advise. It upset me so I left without writing an offer. The agent contacted me for several days and at this point wrote the contract as I asked.
Once it was inspection time on the house I wanted to buy and the inspections had several serious issues, I got more excuses and arguments that downplayed the major red flags. It made me feel I was fighting my own agent, rather than feeling protected. I was willing to work on these issues with the homeowner but couldn’t get there bc the agent who represented me was too difficult to communicate with. Through this stressful process I expected to be advised and protected but instead found myself with an agent that couldn’t listen to my concerns, and Debated/argued on every concern I had. Worse is she attacked my character and wanted me to listen to her while she picked me apart as a person and threatened me that nobody would want me as a client ..... Wow was all could say before I hung up on her.
Be careful with whom you chose to hire to represent you. Choose someone who you can communicate well with. This has been a nightmare and I’ve lost thousands of dollars in the process of time wasted.
By the way I was am an all cash buyer, this sale should have been much less complicated.
