My wife had three appointments for her birthday all canceled with no solution given. It’s not until October 4 which is plenty of time. I would think to find somebody at massage parlor to give someone a massage. It’s ridiculous and everybody keeps quitting for some reason, so obviously not the best place to go and the worst service I’ve ever seen

Love all the new in this clinic! The people are nicer and the atmosphere is so much relaxing. Self care is important to me so a spa day monthly is right up my alley!

I used to love this place when I first became a member in 2019, but unfortunately, my experience has turned sour. They have stolen sessions and money from me and refuse to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. This includes Lauren Skipper, the Regional Manager, and Joe Szablewski, the Owner. I strongly advise you to stay away from this establishment. The leadership is poor, and they consistently avoid addressing the truth. If you face similar issues, consider consulting a lawyer to reclaim what you're owed. This includes the Belle Meade location as it is operated and owned by the same people. I was promised a call back for my missing sessions and was told sessions disappear often and they have to go back and track what happened to it. Thank God I recorded that conversation with the manager at Bellevue! I have all I need when we get to court.

I had a wonderful experience. It is clean, and the aesthetic looks impressive. My therapist was great from the intro to the exit.

My recent massage was just plain awful. From beginning to end. She was late to getting me from the waiting room and ended the massage early. The massage itself was one of the worst I've ever had. I almost got up mid way through because it was that bad. The therapist didn't even have a good vibe to her. Seems as if she didn't want to be there at her job. Completely disappointed

I am so disappointed with this location. I have been a member for over 5 years and it has gone DOWN HILL since it was sold to a new owner. The biggest issue is that they will NOT let you speak to the location. I recently tried to make an appointment to use some of my MANY built up massages, I think I have 8 or 9 and trying to deal with someone in another country is very difficult when you are trying to schedule multiple services to coincide with each other. When I asked to speak to the office for ease, they said "why do you want to speak to them? and then said they are not available" I moved over an hour away so getting my "monthly massages" has been difficult but I can not cancel because then I can't use what I have accrued. I can "freeze" my account with use for $20.00 per month or $10.00 and not be able to use them. I am trying to get this done as soon as possible and get out of this contract. They aren't cheaper than regular massages anymore and it is so disappointing as this used to be a great place. SHAME ON YOU MASSAGE ENVY FOR ALLOWING THIS.

The massage was amazing. The only problem I've had is even I scheduled my next massage I woke up sick and called 2 tines and left a message that I could not come. They stated I never called and still charged me half of the cost of the massage. The massage was 5 stars. The customer service 1 star. I give them a 3

Yesterday. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I have a severe cough and felt I should contact Massage Envy. Even though my appointment is 11 hour's from now that said I would still be charged since it's not a 24 hour notice. I know they need to make their money but I would rather protect my workers. The guy on the phone was really rude as well. I've only canceled one time before and that was last year when I got Covid. There was not an issue back then and they were very friendly about it.

Let me just start by stating this place USED to be amazing however if i could give it negative stars now I absolutely would.I called to freeze my account due to moving in august, the lady who i had spoke with seemed to understand however i got a call a few weeks later over a payment for September that shouldve never been charged. Ive gotten 3-4 calls from them as well as even calling back myself when disconnected and nobody has resolved a single issue nor tried to even work with me on resolving said issue.Ive taken the time to completely cancel my account and apparently the 2 credited massages i paid for before hand all due to horrible service.I suggest NEVER buying a membership for this place considering im the 2nd person in my family to cancel with them this past year.

Easy to schedule, beautiful facilities, the waiting room has a large massage chair/recliner and a foot massager while you wait for your therapist. Mishell gave one of the best massages I have ever had. It is so difficult to find someone who can do firm/deep tissue/pressure points, but she did for the entire 60 mins. Love the ease of scheduling online and the easy text confirmation system. This location in particular really impressed me with the extras and superb customer service. They actually aim to please the customer and give them exactly what they are looking for. It was especially nice to book on short notice and have multiple therapists trained in prenatal massage.

On Saturday April 29th, I had an hour long appointment that started at noon. Granted, it was a gift voucher but I was only given a 40 minute massage which ended at 12:51. Although I personally didn’t pay for it, the person who gifted it to me would be very upset.Additionally, while leaving after my massage was cut short, I walked out the exit which makes you walk past the front desk. As I walked past the “welcome” desk I said “thank you ladies” to which I was met with silence and zero acknowledgment. I was purposefully ignored. I would understand if they didn’t hear me but I made sure they did. Quite frankly it was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I’ve had at a “business.”One would think that Massage Envy is a place people can go to relax and refresh with an overall positive experience.. That simply isn’t the case.The two working the front desk were a mid-age woman with black hair who had her Pitbull present and another blonde woman with two bottom lip piercings.

I’ve been to many Massage Envy’s locally and I really like this one. I found my favorite masseuse, Toni, here after searching for over awhile! I had to skip my massage recently causing me some pain but they were able to put me on a wait list and get me in which I truly appreciated.
