I hired this company because they were willing to work with my complicated timeline--which I was initially very happy about. Normally, storage units are only rented month to month but they rented it by the week for me.However, I called the company a few days before I was supposed to move and they said they had no record of me making a reservation. After about an hour of back and forth, they called me back saying the woman who took my reservation just forgot to put it in the system. So it was delivered a few days later, I moved my things into the unit and they picked it up and stored it. A week later, they called me saying it was time to drop off my unit at my new place--even though the drop off date was set at a month and a week from the day I moved. I had to tell them this was not correct and that the drop off date was a month from now. I called the company a few days before my drop off was supposed to happen (on the correct date) and the woman who answered said she had me down for a different day. As these things are planned far in advance, scheduling the wrong moving date for someone is a huge inconvenience. Again, I fixed it--but only because I had the personal number of the man who dropped off my last unit. I texted him and asked if he was working that day and if he had me on the schedule and he worked it out to get my unit dropped off on the correct day. The manager, who said she would figure it out for me, never even called me back. So, the day of drop off finally comes and when I start unloading my belongings, I realize a large amount of my things were soaking wet--there was a HOLE POKED IN THE CEILING. Due to MOLD, I had to throw away my accent chair, two of my $60 weaved baskets from target, ALL of my socks and more. If I had known this would be my experience, I would've just paid the month to month price other places had offered. This was literally the worst experience I could've imagined. When I told the man who dropped off the unit what happened, he said he notified management but no one ever reached out to me to try and fix things. Such an absolutely insane experience. I do not recommend this company AT ALL.

The customer service was rude, they took the dumpster 20 days earlier than the agreed time. I requested for 30 days and they were supposed to charge me $419 and when they took the dumpster they said they will refund me my $55 and get a new 10 yard for $319. Also, the management refused to talk to me and they deducted all the money from my account. Please don’t use them.All the good reviews were written by people they paid so that they deceive people. Really fake reviews.

I reques For 30 days but they took the dumpster after 10days and the customer service was rude. I will not recommend anyone to engage them. They don’t have a contract too. Poor service.

We had a great experience using Mobile Attic during our renovation! I wasn't home for the initial drop-off but I can tell you the service was prompt and they delivered the pod exactly where we requested on our property. Pick-up was a super easy! Bryan arrived with a smile on his face... he was fast, efficient and very friendly. Customer care can often be over looked these days but I think these guys nailed it. We would definitely recommend their services.

We are so thankful for Mobile Attic. We were in a pinch trying to move out of our home right after the recent ice and snow storms, and needed a moving pod delivered on a Sunday last minute. Bo texted with my husband multiple times during the week and over the weekend and reassured us everything would be handled. And it was! They dropped it off on time and picked it up on time the next day, so we could close on our home sale on time. We will go out of our way to recommend them to everyone we know!

It is not in the listing but they also do dumpsters. The service is terrific. The delivery person was fabulous. There are absolutely no issues. The removal was also easy. They have several phone numbers so be sure to get the right number. Use them over and over again. I will have to temper early store my garage Contents so I will probably use them again for that. Great business.

I found myself in need of portable storage late last year, after a flood. The mobile attic we rented was delivered and expertly positioned exactly where we needed it. It was handy to have on site, as we shuffled our personal items around in preparation for new flooring to be installed in several rooms. Monthly rent is affordable and Bo takes great care of his customers. I highly recommend this service if you're moving or remodeling. All the stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

These guys and gals are really great, all of them. Everybody was extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We had shopped around and found that their prices are very competitive. Mobile Attic also stands out because many other companies in our experience weren't as timely or detailed with their responses to our questions and concerns. We're very happy we ended up using their on-site storage container and would recommend them to anyone in need of that type of service.

Kelli and Bo were great. So was the pick-up driver - Jeremy. What I thought would be about a 9 day unit rental for my move ended up being two months. I appreciate their patience and flexibility with me.

Great service and genuine care for the customer is rare. I experienced both from Mobile Attic. The service request was easy and pleasant, the delivery was prompt, the cost was very reasonable the pick-up of the unit was again timely and billing could not be easier. It was nice to speak with a vendor who actually cares.

Very professional and on time with delivery. Just know that you need to schedule 7 days in advance for pick up or delivery of the pod. The driver Jeremy was very nice and helpful. He dropped off and picked up. Thanks for helping make the move easier.
