Nice store and solid selection. Weak customer service. Nobody manning any of the 15 fitting rooms when they are all locked. Went to ask a girl working at Cyber Monday around 6pm. she basically mumbled at me and walked off. Said she was gonna get somebody and never came back. She looked like she wanted a nap more than anything. I waited for ten minutes to try on 2 things then took my shirt off in the middle of their fitting room area cuz I was tired of waiting for bad or shall I say nonexistent service. These guys need to have a meeting and revise a few things cuz I can tell you now, other ppl won’t put up w it either during the holidays if it stays like that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Ralph Lauren store. I purchased several items totaling around $850, including a pair of jeans priced at $89. When I tried to return the jeans, which still had the tag attached, I was told they couldn’t process the return because the barcode on the tag was missing. I even had the receipt to prove my purchase, yet the manager refused to assist me.
What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude—he was rude, made faces, and acted suspiciously, as if I was lying. It’s insulting to imply dishonesty when I’ve spent a significant amount at this store. If I can spend $850 on your products, why would I lie about an $89 pair of jeans?
This experience has left me very disappointed, and it’s clear the manager doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I expected better service from a brand like Ralph Lauren.

Always shop at the Polo store at Opry Mills Mall. Eugenia and Ed ( De Carlo) helped me this time and were exceptional. I always receive the best customer service when I'm there. Kudos to Ed and Eugenia

The service is desired to be better! In the fitting room part of the shop,the shop attendants are NOT-helpful, polite but they are arrogant!!! Won’t recommend to visit it!
