My husband and I have been very happy with the mattress Glenn sold us. I took my 91 year old mother to Glenn and he helped her with a new mattress. My mother had the best night sleep in years and is very happy with her purchase! She woke up without neck pain too!!!

Well, we met Glen and he is a Wellness expert!! Glen lived up to all the reviews! We ordered 2 recliners. We do not have them as of yet but in the store we could feel the difference in our back and hips just in the chairs at the store. Glen was so knowledgeable and spent such time helping us. Once our chairs arrive I might have to post again for more praise!

This was our second purchase in the last few weeks and am very pleased with the courteous and knowledgeable service we received. Love our new recliner and can't wait for the office chair to arrive. Delivery service was excellent as well. Thanks so much.

We were there several months ago for a pillow. Greg was preparing for a total knee replacement in a couple months. He tried a chair that was great to relieve any pain or pressure anywhere. He thought would be great to deal with his surgery but didn’t think it would be necessary. After his surgery we went by to try the chair out again. It had helped to relieve his pain and swelling discomfort so we bought the chair. All he says now is “Why did I wait so long”. Waiting for it to come within the next week or more. Can’t wait!!! Waiting patiently for its arrival.

Glen's expertise and customer service made this a truly wonderful experience. He knew exactly what I needed based on how I walked in the store! I've legitimately never been so impressed with a retail spot like I am with Relax the Back. Glen helped me find a chair that has basically eliminated my back pain and really helped my jaw pain, which has been a huge quality-of-life improvement. If you have any (and I mean literally any) ergonomic needs, get in your car right now and go to this Relax the Back store. Glen is gonna change your life.

Glen is by far the best human being at the store! He made sure I got my bed immediately two days after it delivered to the warehouse and worked miracles to get it to me in a time frame that worked! I searched everywhere and purchased multiple desk chairs. I returned all of them because they were not comfortable or right. I then after nearly giving us walked into “Relax the Back” store and knew I was in the right place. The salesperson knew his products and could clearly articulate the differences between what he had on the floor vs the big box stores. I struggled with paying for a premium chair but after being custom fitted to a chair that I would be comfortable in for hours. It has now been three months since I got the chair. Our chair has been everything I had hoped for. Very well made, high quality, extremely comfortable and allows me to get my work done and not having the chair hurt my back. So glad that my chiropractor recommended my shopping at this store. You will not regret trying out these chairs if you are looking for a quality chair that will last for years.
