Great fabric selections, however the staff is often rude and unfriendly. They seem like they do not want to help and it is a hinderance to their day. I have had good experiences with Pheobe, she is sweet and happy to help.

I am late to leave a review. I apologize. I bought black velvet material to reupholster a Queen Ann couch. My first time on such a big project. I had NO Idea what I needed. With my measurements someone was able to help me and guide me to everything I needed. For around $150 I was able to complete the whole couch. A huge thanks to the staff that made me feel comfortable with the process. I will definitely be back.

JOANN is the absolute best!!!! We had a very complicated drapery project for a home out of state and she went above and beyond to figure out measurements, triple check everything, and work with us so the install was seamless. She is a treasure!!!

WILL NEVER USE AGAINBought over $1000 of cushions for chairs ordered March 29 2023left even a sample cushion as templateCushions not even made until LATE MAY1/2 of order Made incorrectlyCushionsWill not FIT CHAIRSWe disputed the final payment made when picked up once saw made incorrectlyas we still after all these weeks did not have product!!We were assured, we will be given PRIORITY ( Not true), and they would remake / correct cushions. We were even asked to leave one of our new chairs there.which we did ( ((for another 7 weeks)!No notification or updates unless we calledwe were told they were “busy due July 4 “ then there was flu in the workers then we were told NOT being given priority as stated month prior and they “had no control of their work room “as sent outVery unprofessional customer service except with designer KAREN whose hands were tiedFor 35 years, we founded and owned a very large European antique store that we filled with not just antiques but complete living room, dining room kitchen vignettes,We ordered custom living room chairs , bedroom, quilts pillows to complement our high end, antiques furniture etcNever had problems like thisfor the prices they chargeI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING from this company

The Fabric House in Nashville is THE BEST fabric store anywhere!! I've been buying from them for 35+ years. When I've been stumped with measurements, color, fabric durability etc.. they are an amazing resource, super smart, great eye for design! My ONLY Fabric store!!
