The Hayes Street Hotel Nashville offers a cozy and clean environment for guests, with friendly staff dedicated to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Located near Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, the hotel provides a convenient base for exploring downtown Nashville. Guests appreciate the affordability of the hotel, especially during peak times when prices for other accommodations surge.
However, some guests have noted a few drawbacks. Parking can be a hassle, with valet options at $45 per night and additional sales tax on parking fees that surprised some visitors. The fitness room is small, and there are limited options for getting ice on individual floors. Breakfast is included but has received mixed reviews for its simplicity, lacking more hearty options like eggs or sausage. Additionally, the bar was closed during some stays, and the offerings in the lobby were minimal, with high prices for drinks and snacks. Despite these issues, many guests found value in their stay, with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, The Hayes Street Hotel Nashville is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.
Fantastic location, reasonable price for the proximity to restaurants and entertainment. George was especially friendly and helpful!
