Absolutely wonderful people here. TJs is known for having some of the best foods you can get, but the people make it all worth the price of admission. The store is always clean and well taken care of, the food is delicious and priced amazingly and you get service with a smile. A+ experience.

I love TJ’s and especially their gluten free items. This trip our family tried their Gluten Free Mini Cupcakes and will definitely be buying them again. This Green Hills store was out of stock of several of our favorites which was a big disappointment but hoping next time they have more in stock.

Dear TJ. Although the process and experience is overall good, I need to report that your produce and basil products are sub par and inconvenient! A few months ago, I bought a bag of avocados and used them the next morning, they were all moldy. I returned them to the store and told the management, of course they refunded them. So I bought a single avocado and returned home to complete my breakfast and that one was moldy too. I chose not to return to Trader Joe’s as I have a juvenile daughter. I did share my experience the next time. Forward to yesterday. We bought some basil and brought it home and this morning it was black and the date has 12/23 and we bought it on 12/27. I chose not to drive 20 mins and repeat the return/refund process. On another note, I went to a family gathering last night and they served a chili bar. As soon as I walked in, a family member discovered that their avocados were moldy. I asked if they were Trader Joe’s? And you guessed it, they were. And we’re just purchased a whole bag! So in a mini crisis, someone drove to get more. Also, the last 30 days yall have been out of my favorite pack of beets. I’m not sure what’s happening over there, but I’m going to wait for an answer before I return. Way inconvenient and disappointing when the products you purchase to prepare a meal for your family is not good and alters the meal.

I accidentally grabbed cracked eggs, and they were trying to get me new ones at the register. I forgot they were doing that and started walking out towards my car, but a staff came out to give me my eggs! so nice!!! it was snowing too!! Overall, the staff seem very happy and kind it is noticed!
