The staff were very helpful and quick. I actually enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this location.The only thing that I can say is that I had reserved online and the price was different from my original online reservation. They charged me another fifty dollars for fees I thought were included when i reserved the truck. Not a big deal, but I was unaware of the “extra” fees. Everything else was top notch!

First off, the truck that I rented was difficult to drive! The steering needs to be addressed before renting it out again. Second, when I went to pickup the truck, there was only one person working so there was a decent sized line and wait. When I went to return the truck, I was told there was new damage on the truck and I needed to look at it with the worker. This was new to me because I know for a fact there was no way we could’ve caused the damage. There needs to be a more thorough inspection of the trucks.

Wonderful staff when I went recently. Very helpful, patient, kind. The check in process and mobile service wasn’t working well, but overall would recommend.

I showed up to check my truck in. Manager in the back room on personal phone call about her kid at school. She Just walked by 6 people in line and didn't help anyone. Seems like this place has gone down since the old manager. Lot not very well organized either.

Uhaul re-scheduled me to this location to pickup my truck & dolly. Staff was friendly and quick. Had no issues at all.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Told me to come back in 30 minutes when they close in 45 minutes because no one could help me. 4 employees in there at the time. Will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else go in there as well.

shady buisness . tried to charge us for more mileage and more gas . Thank goodness my husband took pictures of everything and we were able to be refunded . pay attention to the charges if u decide to use their services

Rented a truck this weekend, they quoted me eighty-something and told me as long as I filled the tank back to where it was I wouldn't be charged extra. I actually returned the truck with extra gas and they still charged me double what they quoted and they still haven't emailed me a receipt as they told me they would when I returned the truck.

Picked up boxes, the guy loaded us with medium size instead of large, it’s not rocket science, there are 3 size options. I should have looked but I just trusted he could figure that out. Drove across town to get them, so now we have to drive back, super annoying

I was charged for 6 gallons of gas for a 17’ truck I drove 20 miles. UHaul website says 10 miles per gallon, so I was charged 3x what I should have been. (For what it’s worth I only moved one room of furniture- so there’s no weight excuse)I called the store to ask for refund of the additional 4 gallons and he said I could call 1800 Go Uhaul and that he was too busy to talk to me and hung up.The principle matters more than the money. Feels dishonest with poor service to boot.

Mohan, lied ? to my face and rejected my reservation. I didn’t have a major bank card or credit card but I did have a debit card. No pre-paid card and I have turned his name into corporate offices. He was rude and wasn’t trying to be helpful in no way. I have been dealing with U-haul for some years and now I will take my business elsewhere. Beware of the Mohan, Because he was treating us as if we wouldn’t pay when we were paying upfront in the first place.
