Their Nashville location use to have the nicest staff. They are the rudest individuals who are quiet hateful now. A company that should support medical needs of those who have been ill, bothered to help their customers/patients. They don't want to listen if their are billing issues or concerns. Paperwork brought in as proof, and told they won't look at it,make copies to sort out errors. A pt. Is forced to call corporate on their own to fix problems. Their impatient and cut you off, even in a simple phone call. They are straight up hateful now. They make money off consumers but are just so rude. The specific one's work in the back room. Upper management of hate.

I was struggling with my sleeping and came in prior to my appointment. Even though they had no available appointments, they fit me in and took care of me. They were very polite and helpful and all had smiles. Thank you so very much!!

Wonderful service! I mistakenly received the incorrect cpap mask via mail and went into the the Nashville office to exchange the item. I dealt with Rachelle who was very kind and resolved all of my issues. In hearing of the incorrect supplies, the GM Danni came from the back and personally apologize and updated my chart to ensure this doesnt happen again. Very personable, kind, and prompt in their care.

Super easy to set up my appointment and everyone was so friendly and even offered to stay late after they closed to fit me in! Very small wait time and lacy was so patient with all my questions and was so very compassionate. I don’t know why they have all these bad reviews but my experience was top notch!

Have always found them to be accommodating, polite and helpful. Automated service calls me when my supplies are due or available. Staff is polite and professional.

If you are looking for a supplier you may want to consider looking somewhere else. I have found their customer service less than helpful. When they send the wrong supplies, which I have experienced more than once, they do not want to fix their mistake at their expense. They will however let you spend your money with them again to fix their mistake. This is my second supply vendor and I am beginning to think they all might be a bit shifty. Buyer beware.

This is the first time I have written a review for another business; I own and run several companies. When they say, "I wish I could leave ZERO stars," That applies to this business.First, the manager, "Dani," is rude and unprofessional and blames the customer for Advance Medical Solutions' mistakes. They sent the wrong supplies and lost my paperwork, then told me My Insurance would not pay due to the lost paperwork. My advice is to use another provider for your healthcare supplies.

Contacted customer service Friday at 8pm because my CPAP would not power up. Might not be a big deal to some but my apnea is quite severe. The rep was VERY condescending and rude. She informed me that I would have to call back Monday during regular business hours. Very disappointed.

I have never, in my 20 years of customer service, seen such horrible, terrible, evil people in my life. My friends wife passed away 6 months ago, and even though this company picked up their equipment in February, they still called my friend TODAY threatening to charge his DEAD WIFE!!!It is their mistake that they cant keep track of their equipment, not my friend. We will be contacting an attorney to sue for mental pain and anguish.

My experience was very pleasant and informative! Dana walked me through the operation and maintenance of my new machine and then I was fitted with the best mask for my issue. The equipment works great!
