I’ve been using your service for the past 3 years at least. My experience this year was troublesome.
Confusion over my return. Excessive amount of time for a “come and sign your return” appointment.
I didn’t have a good feeling about the service this year.
Your employee did the best considering the confusing situation, she was professional and friendly.

Cheryl was so incredibly amazing! I was so nervous I’ve never really had to file 10-99 but she made the process so easy and she was so helpful! I will probably NEVER use Jackson Hewitt again due to paying almost $600 in fees for 2 little 10-99s but I didn’t want that to reflect on Cheryl
