Amazing first experience here!! They were so attentive and did a very good job. Felt welcomed right away. They took their time and paid close attention to detail on my pedicure. I will definitely be back more often. I will gladly make the 30 min drive from Chattanooga because it is that good.
Very reasonable prices for the service they provide. Give it a chance!
Cleanliness: Clean salon. Clean tools.

Tried this lovely salon on a whim and feel confident in saying I'll be scheduling here more often. The staff were all very kind and accommodating with multiple service and I never felt the job was rushed even as an early walk in (although scheduled appts are much preferred). Maybe it's beginners luck, but I've had bad first impressions elsewhare even when scheduled yet I feel Star Nails is an overlooked gem. I love my nail color and shape and will be scheduling here again!

My sister and I came in to get pedis. The staff there was very tentative and made sure to spend extra time to get our designs just right. Vivian did a great job massaging and scrubbing my feet. Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I visited this salon recently while visiting Tennessee on a Girl’s Trip and we came in a couple of hours before closing time. The staffing was low but they were very accommodating for our party of 4, the person in charge even called in an extra employee from home to get us done and they stayed open late until we were all finished. We all got mani/pedis and they each did a great job on our toes and nails. Ben did my pedicure and full set acrylic nails and they look absolutely amazing! They even offered us beverages while we were waiting!! The southern hospitality shown was top notch and very much appreciated! We will definitely come back to this nail salon again the next time we are visiting the area!!!

First time here, and I LOVED IT
They were sweet. Kinda and very welcoming.
Vivian did a wonderful job on my best friend nails
David did an amazing job on my nails. He did them the way I wanted him to do them.
Ben was a great host.
The place was clean and very relaxing, so many colors to pick from.
I found my favorite nail place their pricing on nails is great, too
I would 100% recommend them

I had a great experience here. This is my second time coming and both times have been awesome. The salon uses high-quality tools and products, resulting in beautiful and long-lasting nail treatments. I noticed it was a significant step up from your typical walk-in salon. Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Star Nails, 10/10 recommend! They does perfect manicures and dip powder

Their prices are reasonable and they do fantastic work! The salon's commitment to customer privacy and confidentiality is evident in their discreet and professional service. Love this place.
