“We purchased a mattress from our local ( Dunlap TN) Maytress By Appointment. After three months, our mattress started sagging. We tried texting the number saying we had a problem, but would never get an answer. I finally texted that. I wanted to look at a new mattress and they answered me right away. Apparently the building owner said that the business Is no longer open. She could not offer any information as to how rectify the situation. My wife called The Mattress ByAppointment in Chattanooga and the gentleman was gracious enough to help walk us through the process. Even though we didn’t get our money back because we did not buy the boxsprings at the time of the mattress, he worked it to where we could get a new bed through him. Every mattress by appointments carry their own brands. We are thankful that he helped us through this situation.”

I had to switch out a mattress I purchased last week from them because I chose the wrong firmness, and they made the exchange so easy and the cost was minimal compared to the big box stores. And I got another great deal on the new mattress I chose. They carry all the top notch mattresses but are much less expensive than Mattress Firm, MurMaid, etc. I seriously would not buy anywhere else!”

“The employees were super helpful and we found exactly what we needed for much less than what we found elsewhere. Our sectional was in stock so we took it home that day. When we unpackaged it, it was missing a back cushion. We just called them up and they said "no worries, we have extra in stock!" My new sofa is beautiful and we're so happy with our purchase. Make sure to get the warranty if you have kids or pets! So worth it!”
“Still waiting for a chest and a nightstand which twice they said it was coming and canceled at the last minute things weren't very clear on your side communication bad I was wanting to see if I could get a discount on my nightstand or even free cuz it's been very aggravating not knowing but the guys that put the bed up and the dining room table they were great very good guys”
