I am a store owner in Rockwood tn and went to this bank for change cash 100 in 20 for 5 and 1 dollars they said they couldn't make change unless you an account holder what's the point of becoming a member if you can't make change seems like they are forcing people to become members It took so long just to get waited on The teller was very rude ugh I won't ever use this bank good news us bank had no trouble making change I will be getting an account with them very nice tellers

Regions Bank in Rockwood and Harriman could definitely use a customer care service upgrade. It seems if you do the Regions Now Banking. It's a waste of their time to help with anything. The Rockwood employees seriously need to get a updated course in what Now Banking offers..
