Worst store ever to do buisness with, seems everyone around me gets treated better than I do. Everytime I bring an item to send back to Amazon, always a different set of rules, no matter if you have a label, or willing to buy a box. I had to drive 15 mins out of my way to Columbia, with what could been easily taken care of in Spring Hill. I have files a complaint with corporate as well, to get new staff a new mgr. Until there is new staff or you people are held accountable, I guess I have to keep going to Columbia

This place is awful. I opted for self copy because they need a 24 hr turn around for printing, which is fine. But the copy machine settings are off. The copies I wound up with are way way darker (almost unusable) than the originals. I mentioned this to the cashier and showed him. He just sort of grunted and charged full price for them. I asked him if he was charging full price even though the copies are bad and he just said “yes.” I have tried to bear with them though the staffing issues that are delaying print services. But between this and the $4 they charged for using a computer less than 10 minutes I’m done.Photo: lighter pic original, darker print theirs

Phone does not work, provides receipts with invalid tracking numbers, only way to resolve is to physically go back to store for service

Absolutely incredible leadership and staff. I will never go anywhere else! They’ve helped me with last minute printing needs countless times. Timely, communicative, and I love that the owner is a community servant and volunteer firefighter. His staff is a reflection of his values (Mikey and Roman have been so helpful and professional)If you want a stress free experience, definitely come here!!

This place is ridiculous. They charge for EVERYTHING. I drove 20min to this store as it's the closest store to me. I had a preprinted label on my phone but don't have a printer. Normally they charge $1.00 to print which I'm fine with but today they said they can't print any documents without a "24 notice" like SERIOUSLY??! Or they gave me the option to rent a computer...come on guys....what happened to customer service or even common sense for that matter...Whoever is running this place obviously doesn't care about serving customers cause this is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of. I'll be going to the Franklin UPS from now on. DONT GO TO THE UPS IN SPRING HILL.

I will not do business here ever again. I did a n Amazon return and after they charged me 6.00 for the use of their tape gun because they didn't want to help me. And now I'm out 700 because they lost my return. I personally think they threw them in the trash because they were not happy dealing with the 11 boxes I brought in the kid that helped me seemed to be under the influence of something. Make sure u get good documentation and take pictures if you do use this place.

Every time I have ever gone into this store, I get top notch service. This last time, however, was by far the greatest experience of all. My 11 year old daughter, her best friend and I went in to the store super upset because our inside cat had gone missing almost 14 hours earlier. My daughter and I were crying our eyes out and were super disorganized to say the least. We knew we needed posters to put up but had no idea what to say on them, how many to print or anything else. We didn't care about the cost, etc. Our hometown hero, the store manager, Jason Blackstock, said just email to our store a picture of your cat with the details and I'll take care of the rest. And wow, did he ever. He made up the perfect 8.5 x 11 regular card stock ones and then a handful of large, laminated ones that would survive the yucky weather that was starting that very night. He thought of everything. All the while, his line was piling up in his store. With a smile, he greeted each customer and told them he would be with them shortly. He talked to us about his daughter, their experiences with their lost cat and at the end, wouldn't even accept payment for the printing. Keep in mind, I would have paid any amount. The only thing he asked, was that we keep him posted about Otis. He stated "we are invested now". We got call, after call with Otis sightings purely because of Jason's posters. And HALLELUJAH, two weeks later, I found Otis. I went back to the store as promised and let Jason know. He said he started to call to check on us but didn't want to make us sad if he hadn't returned. He seemed genuinely happy at the news. I will use his store for any shipping, mailing, printing, etc. need from now on. Customer service and just plain human kindness seems to be such a lost art these days. Jason really shows that spirit and so do all the guys and girls on his team. Hats off to that amazing crew! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

They were nice enough and quick....but should put a sign on the door about the taping fee- I have never been charged a taping fee at competitors. I had something to ship and a few items with QR codes . They couldn't take both kinds of packages at once.... So after the first transaction I was sent to another line about 6 people long and once I got there I saw the sign by that register about a taping fee. I confirmed this with the person at the register so I headed back to the car to tape my 2 boxes and back in line a third time. Would've been nice to have a sign on the door about taping fee and I could've avoided a trip back out to the car! Granted, not a huge deal but frustrating!

Several amazon returns have gone missing from this location. Nobody knows what happened to them and now Amazon tries to charge me. Also had to pay several dollars to print out a prepaid shipping label which I was led to believe would be free.
