No internet so you cannot load the QR code for Amazon returns. Therefore, you cannot return anything!!

I used to love and frequent this store often, but they've changed. I went in the other week with three enormous boxes (Amazon returns). Instead of helping me, the two associates behind the counter just stood and watched, refusing to help despite my multiple requests. One young man, Elijah, thankfully, came over and assisted. I've seen this behavior numerous times from the employees here, and both times, Elijah was the only one to show kindness and a solid work ethic.

I visit this store all the time. Yes, it can be very busy but with handling the volume they do, well just expect it and wait your turn. We are all busy people however no one is more important than another. This store is stocked well with items you need for shipping. Staff typically wears a smile and communicates well. I'd recommend them for your Amazon returns, regular mail in addition to UPS

I called for a notary and they were so helpful. I was able to make it to the store just before closing and they waited for me. I used the computer to print out my document and then they notarized it. I was able to get my document out in time and I’m so grateful. The store folks were super happy and made jokes which eased my anxiety about my situation.

The absolute worst service a human being can receive. They had at least 5 employees, all lazy pointing us to a s of service kiosk. I don’t want self service, it’s not my problem, do your damn jobs!

Honestly, I'm not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about regarding the Amazon Kiosk. This store is bombarded with Amazon returns, but it's important to remember that UPS is not Amazon. UPS does packing and shipping and must accommodate everyone, including non-Amazon customers. They need the space for their regular business. They tried having an 'Amazon Line,' but it became too long and unmanageable. A self-serve system is better until Amazon establishes its own return shops, if they haven't already. This is the only UPS store in Spring Hill, so let's cut them some slack and be grateful we even have a UPS store in town. I've only had great experiences doing business at this store. Giving it 1 star is just nonsense. This is purely because the customer took things personally. This business is operating just fine.

I went to return an Amazon package like I did countless times before, only to be told to use the kiosk by one of three guys at the counter with no customers to serve. The line at the kiosk never moved because of two people there, struggling to return multiple packages so I left. Non existent customer service, so will not use this store again.

One associate worked really hard to take care of a multitude of customers lined up out the front door. While a manager and two other associates just stood around and watched. The three of them never offered to assist anyone in the long line.

If you have Amazon packages do not go here. Go somewhere else. People go in there and return like 50 items and takes all day and they only have two machines.

Always service with a smile. Quick and painless, even if the line was long. I have striven to give the Amazon kiosks a chance. I mastered it pretty quickly, but I can see how it would be a learning curve for others, especially if it’s your first experience. It does hold up the works when someone is stumped and they have to go ask for help. There always seems to be a shortage of the proper sized bags at either kiosk, as no one appears to be checking them regularly. Perhaps it’s just coincidence. Not sure. Other than that, it’s not been bad. However, this is where I truly struggle. I came in to both kiosks being used by customers with several items each to return, which is obviously taking considerable time. I, and three others ended up waiting for several minutes. Completely understandable, if it’s busy. However, in this instance, there were multiple employees behind the counter and only a few quick customers that walked in one at a time to be helped in seconds, while the rest of us waited at the kiosks. There were several moments when employees had time to just stand and chit chat. Not one of them offered to help us since it was at an obvious lull for them and an obvious wait for us.I’m all about efficiency. And if kiosks provide that, great. But it’s apparent there are some disconnects between kiosks and the customer service they have always been great at delivering.

I will make sure to avoid visiting this particular UPS store in the future. Although I've never had a problem with any other UPS stores, the customer service at this location is incredibly poor. Specifically, Aaron's attitude was very disappointing and his manager didn't offer any assistance either.
