The company is great to work with and they've been really helpful to both myself and my mother when we were making purchases there. They were very patient with my mother and explained quite a bit to her several times; I'd be very hard pressed to see another company giving that level of customer service. I also had to make a cancellation of an existing order with them and that went through very smoothly. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone and I plan to use them in the future.

The customer service is outstanding. Even during these crazy times when this company has been overwhelmed with orders, they always responded to my questions and kept me up to date on my order. Kat was the nice lady I worked with and I cannot say enough good things about her or Ready Made Resources.

The owner at Ready Made Resources, Robert Griswold, provided fantastic customer service throughout the entire buying process. Robert also provided his personal cell phone number for me to contact him with any additional questions as I was making my decisions. TBH I am a discerning customer and Robert was extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. Ready Made Resources prices are also the lowest I could find on my items purchased. I totally recommend Ready Made Resources and will hopefully have the ability to conduct future transactions with Robert and Ready Made Resources.

Great selection of unique gear. As their website suggests wait times may be high during the Covid 19 scare of spring 2020. I had earlier written of order complications and delays, but in the end Ready Made Resources took care of me and I received quality merchandise at a great price. Furthermore I was able to support a great company, rather than a chain like Bass Pro, Cabelas, etc. I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future. Thank you Robert, Luke, and Jeremiah for a great experience!

I've ordered a few things over the years from Ready Made Resources. I always enjoy listening to Bob Griswald when he is a guest on podcasts I listen to. Placed an order recently and had a question about shipping and sent an email with my question. Received and email late that night from Bob the owner answering my question, and received a follow up phone call the next day from him. With the public panic and people jumping on the preparedness band wagon late I am sure they are absolutely swamped but he took the time to provide great customer service in the middle of the storm. I was already a customer but now I'll be a customer for life. Thank you ready made resources!

I ordered some items almost a couple of months ago. Because I was aware there could be some concerns with shipping, I emailed immediately after I placed my order and asked them to verify that the items were in stock as listed on their website and to cancel and refund my order if not. Not only did I not receive a response after days but I continue to receive no responses and no answer to phone calls over the next few weeks. Not long ago I email stating that I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since they had not sent my items and would not respond to me. I've then received a call from the owner stating that he has been having a rough time and it was really hard on him, which I do not care about nor do I want to hear. He promised that my item would be shipped in about 10 to 12 days it did not happen and they still refuse to answer my emails and calls.

This should be Zero stars. Very very upset that we have been waiting for a gas mask. My husband and I we keeping in touch with order but we know due to the virus things are slow but when you tell someone it going to be shipped then days later no contact check on the order and they tell you they have to check with the stock and nothing was shipped. Then you log into check the status of the order and and find it out was cancelled really wtf... And no refund double wtf. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO!!!

Good selection of products. This was my first order online. Delivery time was fine. Product is good quality. I didn't get any replies to my inquiries via email though. Next time if I need help I'll call instead as others seem to get a good response that way. I'd definitely recommend this company based on this experience.

I found this store on google, was very happy as a first time customer, after a week within making my purchase, my order was canceled without explanation only saying ' customer not willing to wait '...When I spoke with the gentlemen and in email communications,I explained I was willing to wait. I also emailed to ask why the order was canceled and have yet to recieve a response.

I purchased an Inergy Apex solar generator from SurvivalGearSystems (SGS) and since it was taking months to arrive (we pre-ordered it for a then great price) we went on vacation to California from our home in Colorado. Problem was while we were out there I got an email from them saying my Apex would arrive the day after next! Since we have already had a 4kw generator stolen by "Porch Pirates" we were forced to load up and drive right back home to receive the shipment - 24 hr drive! We live in the boonies and no neighbors were available. Now I think that Inergy shipped a bunch of units out and then informed SGS they were shipped and then it took them time to email everyone so it wasn't really their fault. This time... So now my wife and I took out $5,000 from our IRA to buy more prepper supplies. We ordered a Royal Berkey Water Filtration system with four filters from SurvivalGear Systems. This time we got a fantastic sale price with free shipping. I specifically asked if they could hold the shipment until we returned home - visiting friends again out of state. I was assured no problem. The next thing I know I get a UPS tracking number and a notice that it will arrive shortly. I immediately email them and said HOLD THE SHIPMENT!! So that was a Friday afternoon and nobody answered the phone but I left a message. First thing Monday morning I am calling SGS but no answer and leave another message (HELP!) I then call UPS and ask if the package can be held for two weeks. Nope...it will arrive in a couple of days and if we aren't there they will try the next day and then it goes back to the sender (Berkey). I get an email from SGS and it basically said 'quit calling UPS because you are mucking things up'. So since I have spent half a day trying to correct THEIR mistake by calling neighbors to see if they could wait for the delivery, seeing if UPS could do anything, trying to call SGS and pulling my sparse old geezer's hair out I then wrote SGS an email saying I would butt out BUT please cancel my order. NOW! So now we get to Ready Made Resources. I saw on their website they have a great selection of Berkey products. I call and a live person answered on the second ring! (YES!) I speak to a young man named Joshua who listens to my story and says "Why don't we just sell you the same system for the same price and also give you free shipping?" My jaw hit the table! He also said that they actually had what I wanted in their warehouse and he would go mark the box with my name and would mark it "HOLD SHIPMENT". I was floored - great customer service from a friendly person! I paid over the phone with my credit card and were done all in all in about five minutes, (YES!) So I call RMR after we get back to our home and I talked to a young lady named Amber who took care of everything...got the shipment out and sent me a tracking number. The Berkey system is arriving day after tomorrow and I was so excited that I called in just to make sure all was well and now Jeremiah answers the phone. I give him my name, he clicks some keys on the keyboard and then says "I loaded your shipment myself and it WILL be delivered on time guaranteed." So what's the moral of this lengthy review? First off Ready Made Resources will be getting the rest of our $5,000 in orders from us. Now don't get me wrong, I like Survival Gear Systems and they are owned by a female military veteran and they have a great outlook on supplying preppers and outdoor enthusiasts so do give them your business too but call Ready Made Resources first. Here is why: They have real human beings that answer the phone; the people are FRIENDLY; they ship from their own warehouse and are not middlemen who send individual orders to the suppliers.; their prices are very good and GREAT when they have things on sale; and lastly they have extremely good communication skills.
