I appreciate Amanda ! and Cassie ! although she is no longer a leasing manager with Anson Park Apartments . These ladies are professional friendly and understanding . thank you ladies and thank you Anson Park apartments for being a home not only to myself but to my family , also i would like to say thank you to the maintenance team as well ! I know and understand that Rome wasn’t built in a day and absolutely no one can be in more than one places at once , you guys are appreciated as well thank you all !!

This place is great for the price. If some of the occupants would take more pride in where they live and pick up there trash. Also be mindful of neighbors when playing music. Staff is great, Amanda does all she can for the residents, can't help the entitled ones though. Painters need to learn that paint only needs to be on the walls. Maintenance guy is helpful also.

Waited three months to be yelled at and taking my paperwork and app fees as well as deposit. Please don't stop trusting God. He will prevail over evil. Also manager threatened to call the police on me if I come back will be trespassing. I'm shocked! Considering I was the nicest family she met. Made me come in several times like it's my fault. Compliance was always spoken and how do you do business like that? Stay clear if you want to be treated like a human being with three children. My daughter and two beautiful grand boys. I'm at peace because I shouldn't be treated that way my family didn't either. My daughter called one day she said we are messing with her business. Wow while she was getting her tire fixed. I'm out. Never again. Management was notified who knows how long they will allow her to run business stealing money from the community.

We have been doing work there for Amanda and her staff for some time now. I have to say as a contractor it is rare when you see a property manager take pride in her property like Amanda does. Her genuine care for her residents set her apart from other managers.We have enjoyed giving AP a facelift and are excited to continue working with this staff in 2024.

I have lived here for just about 6 years and it has been great! The office ladies (Amanda and Cassie) are always very friendly and helpful. If any problem comes up they are quick to fix it.

We haven't moved in yet but the assistant manager Cassie has been absolutely fantastic! She got our application through quickly and has just been such a sweet person to work with! Cassie gave my boys little toys to play with and coloring stuff to color pictures that she put on her wall. The Manager Amanda has also been great! She was so sweet to my boys, got them snacks and interacted with them. This whole process has been made so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you! We can't wait to move in!
