The app to pay is aweful you cant just go directly to the mortgage payment and customer service is atrocious avoid using this company for mortgages at all cost.

Our original mortgage company focused more on internal politics and drama, and left us in a severe time crunch so we had to abandon them and start over. We called Lisa Boyce at City Bank, and she quickly got our new mortgage going, and closed without issue. She was always professional, corresponded well, and had answers for our questions. We would HIGHLY recommend her, and thank her for getting things done!
