The staff was helpful. They didn't have the exact probiotic we needed but the knowledgeable staff was able to direct us to a good comparable product.

There is always a 45-90 minute wait. Everytime I have gone. I went today to get the thyroid medication my daughter absolutely needs (born a micro preemie) and even though for over a year I have been picking up the same prescription with the same insurance. Their system "has been down a week now" couldn't verify. So I tried to use my tricare card... they wouldn't accept it unless I managed to call my husband (while he is on duty) and he give me his full social, birthday, and phone #. So they can assess if our daughter was eligible. I paid out of pocket and they informed me under no uncertain circumstances I needed to keep all information and I could only receive a refund on the card that was used. Husband calls... full surprise. Tricare works and I can go back and get the refund. Not while I was there after over an hour wait in line. Not even with my pass ID with all the necessary info. Nope. I changed pharmacies.

Will be changing pharmacy. Picked this place thinking it would be convenient since it is close to my house, and that I could pick up grocery while I'm here. However, the wait is long. The drive through was long line also. Not sure how quickly the line moved, but I came twice earlier today. I ended up waiting until after 830pm to pick up my prescription. I find the front person after 10pm to be warmer than the lady who helped me earlier tonight.

My mother had knee replacement surgery a few days ago, I was picking up her pain meds. The pharmacist accused my mother of misusing her medications, said she wasn’t due for a refill for 2 more days, despite the fact that her doctor sent in for a refill earlier that day. Since the pharmacist continued to refuse to fill her meds, I asked him to help me figure out a way to help my mom manage her pain until they were willing to refill her prescription. Then he said “fine I will fill it.” If he had the leeway to fill it, why was he gate keeping? We spoke with a patient advocate at Hendrick today (1/30) and she stated that the pharmacist was absolutely out of line and acting out of his scope of practice. My mom will be changing her pharmacy as soon as possible. Treat your patients better. I also work in healthcare :)

Figure out the timing of their rush hours; to your usual time of going to pick up meds. Plan ahead during those hours. They're great but rush hour is what it is minus the rush, anywhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. After catching Covid. My husband went and waited 3 hrs after being told 3 separate times “only 30 min”. Instead of being honest: We have military “government” insurance that disapproves of use of ivermectin so they would not cover it. The 3rd time the pharmacists was real short demeanored and snooty “well your insurance isn’t going to cover it” ; In which we had every intention of paying cash knowing the government doesn’t like the use of ivermectin. The last time my husband went in to try and retrieve the medication, the pharmacist was shi!!y and had the behavior to run away from the counter and refuse to come to the counter when he asked to speak w the pharmacist. Needless to say we sent my medication to Walgreens who was more than happy to help. Disgusted at the pharmacist behavior on Saturday 11/25/23 night shift.

As a pharmacy tech myself that knows the entire process I can confidently say the entire night staff is incompetent and should be replaced. an hour Anda half wait time for a medication that was already called in is absurd. Not only that but wiley or Whitney what ever his name was argued ( wrongly I might add) about which medications were for me and which were for my partner and had to be physically shown that he was in fact in the wrong. We also had to explian to the technician how to enter insurance information. Never coming here again market place could make better use of the space by gutting the pharmacy and using it as storage.
