Overall, it was a great experience to stay here. The rooms were nice with a kitchenette. The continental breakfast was included - better than most other places. The Wi-Fi was my annoyance. There was limited access to Wi-Fi in the rooms - I have to go to the lobby for the other Wi-Fi connection.
Nearby activities: There is Target and a movie theater close by. Mall is within walking distance.

Denise is the best and so helpful. Water pressure on the 4th floor was horrible and coffee maker was broken. Other than that all was good.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. A decent free breakfast is also included. There is a nice small pool and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool.

Owners made the best decision having Denise come manage this new property! Absolutely zero issues, AMAZING room layout when bringing my two kids. Kitchenette very useful.

A true Marriot experience! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is new and it's very clean. The breakfast was always hot with a nice variety. We will stay here again

I loved our stay, it was so clean, quiet and comfy. The staff was so nice and helpful. We absolutely will stay here again. This was the best hotel we have found on this side of Abilene. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and clean.

Brand new!
Smells new, feels new, comfortable beds, and convenient design.
Loved the little touches like the full size fridge/freezer, the responsive AC unit, the well designed closet, and the shower with a handle you can turn on without getting all the way in & wet.
Will be back!

It’s hard to find Great customer service nowadays but Pamela at the front desk went above and beyond for an elderly gentleman that was handicapped and checking himself in to the hotel. My husband and I were amazed at how helpful she was to this gentleman. She told the gentleman if he didn’t mind waiting for her to get us all checked in she would assist him to his room with his luggage cart. She truly is very kind and made sure we had a great stay. Thank you Pamela for your hospitality and kindness!

This is the newest and cleanest hotel in all of Abilene. Pamela at the front desk is amazing and most helpful makes you feel welcomed and anything you need she will go out of here way to accommodate. As someone who travels a lot I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. I would not recommend staying anywhere else in Abilene.

Everyone else pointed out all the good things, so no sense in repeating. The 3 things I didn't like might be helpful if you're looking to stay.
The first is the pool. It is located in a position to get direct sun all day. They built a beautiful pavilion 20' away by the outdoor grill, they should have done the same over the pool.
The second thing is the very small number of channels the TV in your room gets, much less than most hotels.
Number 3 is just odd to me, it's the wiring job done in the room. When you walk in, there is a Master switch, and it doesn't control things the way you'd expect. It has to be on if you want to use the lights inside the door, in the kitchen, in the closet, and by the couch. It does not control the other lighting in the room or bathroom, but it is also the only switch to the 2 exhaust fans. If you are not cooking or showering and want to sit on the couch and use the light, or use the closet or kitchen lights, you have no choice but to listen to 2 exhaust fans running. It's bizarre.

Fitness Center is excellent so you can workout and then hang at the pool and chill out! Rooms have refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, kitchen pots, pans, glasses, etc. Laundry facilities are on premise as well.

Excellent customer service, top notch environment, clean, pet and family friendly. My kids loved their stay and enjoyed going cinema across the street.

The cleaning staff needs to actually clean. The room seemed rushed. The fridge has food residue on the shelves smeared. The shower floor was stained with black dirt. The shower shelves had residue from previous guest. There was facial hair and long hair left behind in corners of bathroom and sink area. Also the shower was clogged so when your standing in water as you shower. It took a while to drain. Breakfast wasn’t great. The room felt like it had high humidity and felt damp. I don’t plan to stay there again.
