Today was my first time stopping in to this location. I’ve been to a couple across texas. And this store by far was the best. The store was clean and organized. And all the staff on shift were so helpful. I’ve never had customer service like that anywhere I’ve ever been. The employee stocking dog food. Helped me pick out a new brand of food. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Not one employee passed me with out asking if I needed help or if I was finding what I was needing. Honestly you have a great staff. Treat them well they deserve it.

My husband made a 40 mile trip to purchase wood shavings. It was cold and rainy. The young man had it loaded before my husband left the store. Great service and friendly staff!!

If you make an online order and bring the product into the store, they won’t refund you your shipping its absolutely ridiculous. And it’s not the dollar amount it’s the principle.
