Store is full and packed to the brim with merchandise of all kinds but guess what? The prices are ridiculously high for A THRIFT STORE! It's actually disgusting how everything is priced in there. Used dirty shirts for 4-5$ maybe even more?I understand it's not entirely the stores fault and that upper management controls the prices but come on man. Prices everywhere are skyrocketing but thrift stores should be one of those places.

Clothes are very old and they are donated that means goodwill gets them free and they charge so much for stuff they got free in my opinion these clothes are way over priced for everything being so out dated , worn out, or stained clothing!

Noramlly I don't like going thrift shopping becausebthere ia always a mess, and i never found anything, this one whatsover was really well organized, Ibwas looking for an overall I asked an Employee and they take me exactly where they were, normally in toher stores employees only point you at the sections, it didn't take me long to find my size since it was well organized, after that I started rummaging the top shelfs and got a pretty cool Egypcian scarab and some skewers, even that section was well orginized

It’s okay, but other Goodwill stores in the RGV have a better selection. Can’t beat the prices if you’re looking for vintage clothing.

I have had a great experience at Goodwill in Alamo TX , the service was great and everything was neat and organized. The employees were helpful and very kind. Will definitely come shop again ❤️

Items sold there in not to good conditions and I did not like the employees attitude. Cashiers and the woman in charge to rude for my taste. I have gone to other goodwill stores up north, and the employees are so attentive, smile. Not coming back. Sorry

I consider myself a Goodwill enthusiast, and have been to Goodwills in many different states. I know it’s not the mall, and I usually love to look for treasures. But this location is awful. It’s as if they just dump the boxes of donations out at random. No organization whatsoever, the stuff is DIRTY or broken, narrow aisles. Its verging on garbage. The manager must be lazy or something, because I’ve never seen a goodwill this bad before. I do NOT recommend and I won’t go back.

Personal service was good, but overall in the time I observed the line to pay was always long.
