  • "Olive Garden has gone way downhill over the last few years. The service is always slow as molasses here, even at its slowest times. The food at this point is all shipped in frozen and then reheated to try and pass as authentic, fresh made Italian food. I use to love this place when I was younger, but that was before I had good Italian food and learned how to cook it all myself from scratch. Now this is all bland junk that they overcharge you for. The salad and bread-sticks are still as good as ever, so that's why you all get 2 stars here. Oh and the fact that you all charge $3.25 for a SIDE OF MARINARA sauce, to dip bread-sticks in, that probably came out of a can that cost $5 is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It's not even that good, so you must be proud of that dish it comes in; or something."

  • "Food service value staff top-notch"
  • "The Pasta Figioli was soggy and overcooked. The Gnocchi was watery and lacked taste. The manager came over and apologized but after 2 bad bowls, it was a nice gesture; I will still pay for what I ordered. The waiter was polite and knowledgeable. Not sure about coming back, at least not till they prepare better food."
  • "As our experience tonight progressed, my rating of this location began to plummet - leaving a generous one star as my only option. When we arrived we were told there was open seating at the bar so we went on in. We spent more than TEN minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us, as two bartenders played on their phones or stared at us. Granted I know we were not technically their section, customer service and common sense would have been to give us some menus and get things started. Apparently, that was not in their job description. We eventually received menus, had our drink order taken, had to repeat our drink order again (two waters and a sangria), and ordered our food....twenty seven minutes into our meal. At this time there were two waiters and three seated tables, yet the odds were still not in our favor. When the food arrived, we were asked twice if we wanted cheese, but the waiter never returned. In fact, he never returned at all. We asked someone else for my daughter's missing grapes, our meal to-go, and ended up paying from the kiosk because we couldn't wait any longer. Our entire meal took over a hour - again 4 total people working the bar and the most at one time was 4 tables and two couples at the bar. Not only was experience disappointing, but so was the mediocre food. Our baked ziti was under cooked looking and tasting more like pasta with sauce while the chicken alfredo had a gritty texture. Steer clear."
