From Porter's Processing & Alligator Farm
Casey & Lindsay Hedges purchased Porter's Processing & Alligator Farm in the fall of 2020 from Mark Porter, founder and former owner who built the business from the ground up over the past 30 years. Porter's processes alligators for its hunters in September and offers hide tanning, meat processing, and taxidermy work for the heads. The facility has recently began processing deer, hogs, and the occassional cattle. The sausage smoking business is also in the making. Questions? Just call!
