5 stars for months.....till today....used the drop off service and loved it.....till today....dropped off Friday....picked up Monday....Tuesday morning noticed all my towels missing...and washcloths....and after thorough review...2 pairs of jean....smh

If you want to wash in hot or warm water don't even bother to wash here!

Update
I know exactly how they work, you don’t even have hot water in the restroom,
If the customer selects hot water, they pay more for nothing,
I’ve seen this in other laundries.

I loaded up all piled up laundry, including a comforter and bedding. First, my coins got stuck in the machine. Then while the employee was trying to get them unstuck, she was pressing buttons and before I knew it, the machine with the comforter started on cold for a light soiled load. I needed to deep wash this load on hot. I told her I didn’t get to choose the settings or anything and that’s not what I needed. She said, “Sorry, it’s too late now”. Thankfully I only hauled that basket in but it’s not thoroughly washed and I’m out the time and $9.50. And I still have 5 baskets of laundry sitting in my car. Will never return to this place. I saw another customer with the same problem while I was there. If the machine is going to be that expensive, it should work properly.

I usually go to the laundromat that's in Arlington so I decided to come to this place to wash and dry my uniforms so as I'm folding my uniforms an employee that works there decides he wants to clean the vents mind you there's people in there other then myself and kids as well so he's cleaning the vents with a push broom and dust is going everywhere and he literally left the dust on top of the washers. The fans was on along with the air. I'm not understanding why would he do that during business hours so I'm giving this place 3 stars.

This place is a joke now. Machines don't work and the BNB business they have takes up all the washers and dryers. Tarrant laundry is the place to go. At least they have English speaking staff and they have music and TV's to entertain you while you do laundry. 360 wash is not good anymore. Peace out 360 morons.

Really love this laundry mat.They have the lowest price in washers, dryers are free. The staff was really friendly, and the place was extremely clean. They have a child center with a big tv playing cartoons and a big bistro with charging ports and chill atmosphere.

Just ruined the place by making the dryers “free” aka you spend more on the wash and you can only dry your clothes in 20 minute intervals. Id rather pay to set the amount of time that I need but I don’t even have that option. Which is stupid and inconvenient.

I was able to get a handful of bags taken care of without the hassle of waiting. I’m glad they provide services where we can drop off. So much helpful. Everything was nicely folded and bagged up.

Didn't see any OUT OF ORDER signs anywhere, this is a well run coin laundry. Cleanest restroom I have ever seen in a coin laundry. Dryers dry clothes very quickly. ?Parking is somewhat limited

Nice and clean, 3 sizes on washers from 4.50 to 8.00. Dryer is 20mi. For 50 cents. Small tea and coffee shop, it's only ok.
