I’m always very picky. I live in Jacksonville. And I just wanted to send some nice quality flowers. Flowers that doesn’t give store brought. Looked for days and decided to go with Beverly. The First Lady that took my order was very pleasant and patient. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you for helping me out and putting a smile on my love ones face ❤️❤️ will recommend

My daughter sent me flowers for mothers day. She told them I have cancer. So they sent me another bouguet of flowers. I cried both bouquets were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be useing them when I need flowers. Thank you so much Beverly's Florist. May god bless you! ❤️.

Was helped by D a very knowledgeable young lady, who answered my questions, fulfilled my needs, and gave me a history lesson on a Norfolk Pine, which I tried to be smart and tell her it was a Norwegian pine till she schooled me, lol y’all give these people some business and give her a raise!

My husband Zachary brought home this GORGEOUS flower arrangement for our anniversary ? I literally cried!!! It is so beautiful!!!!!! And it's even beautiful before all the stargazer lilies open fully so its going to have another wave of beauty ? true artisan work. Thank you for these! I absolutely love them!

Worst place ever. My coworker didn’t receive her order until three days after Valentine’s Day this place sucks. Her husband is always on point for them to deliver flowers at the end of the day after she had already left the building and to think they had the nerve to bring the rest of her order on Friday. SMH the least they could have done is bring her a new set of flowers or just issue a refund. If you’re looking for quality service it’s not this place.

I just got off the phone with somebody who works at this flower shop. I asked if they had any bouquets that were mostly blue and she responded in a snippytone. “God does not make that many blue flowers”. Then I said “I’m sorry what?” She repeated what she said and I said “OK thank you” I then called back and actually expressed that the way she said that was snippy and then she told me “ Ma’am I don’t have time to talk to you” and hung up the phone on me.So I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but that’s the level of customer service I got. Then the owner responds to my review basically accusing me of lying saying.“WE also know that often, those who do not get the answer they want when they call or those who lack flower knowledge or do not understand pricing for artisan work will take their frustration out on a business in a public forum. “Ma’am I did not make up anything and you are one of hundreds of flower shops in the area. I got my blue flowers on the same day from another business. Your staff was rude. You could have kept the response with the fist sentences “ Beverly's florist is a reputable florist and treats all their customers with respect. We will accept the feedback and strive to do better.” And used it as an opportunity to better your businesses but instead you try to accuse me of lying.

bad customer service , who ever answer the phone has an ugly attitude . but also they also need to learn how to deliver . coworker had some flowers delivery sent to her on valentine days . the next day they delivered her teddy bear and her chocolate because they forgot to delivered it to her . think again before ordering something here .be aware your not going to get your items on the same day .
