The review I'm leaving is only pertaining to my visit on May 3rd. The young teller with a tattoo cross on her chest is not very friendly . I asked for a money order and she said they do cashiers checks and didn't tell me til the end they charge 10 dollars. That could have been avoided if she told me from the beginning. It was more her interaction with me that I'm giving a bad review. No friendliness, no hello. I'll just go to Walmart and pay 1 dollar for a money order. Waste of time

Took down drive-through teller. Absolutely horrible mistake. Most checks the ATM rejects deposit. Such a hassle to get out and do business inside. Imagine McDonald's or Starbucks making their customers going inside to place their order. Will be looking for other options. Time is $

Went by today to deposit some cash in my daughter's account, just as I have done many times over the years, and was told by some young, inexperienced girl they did not accept cash deposits, period. I was told I could purchase a money order and deposit that. What? Are they kidding? When I got home, I called Corporate to verify what I was told and found out that was not true. They no longer allow cash deposits to another person's account, but you can certainly deposit it to your own account. If she had bothered to explain that, if she even knew it, i could have put it in my own account and then transferred it. Not exactly convenient though

This is the worst experience I've had with a Chase ATM, and it's not even the staff of the bank -- it was the drive-thru ATM. I had to deposit some cash I received from my friend, and I went through the drive-thru with no wait. Everything was OK until I realized that the ATM would not take my cash, which sometimes does happen (maybe because my cash was too wrinkly?) Anyways, I decided to make multiple deposits by splitting it in half. The first half worked fine, and now as I'm making the second deposit, the money didn't go through and it just says "To be sure your deposit went through, please call us at ___." How does an ATM not just take cash? So now I'm stuck here, waiting on Chase and they had to file a claim for me. The only reason why it's getting 2 stars (vs. 1) is because they said they can post an "immediate temporary credit." I just hate having something on hold and I know this doesn't align with the Chase brand because I've NEVER had any bad experience with this bank. The ATM machine looked old (they didn't take tap-to-pay) and maybe it may be the reason why. Hopefully, I don't have to give any other Chase banks any more bad reviews because I really do like this brand.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both branch manager Sa Hachem and Adriana were able to resolve my issues. They went above and beyond to helping me. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

This branch took good care of me today. I had some time sensitive documents that needed to be signed by a notary and they made time for me. Adriana was very professional and went above any beyond to help me. Thank you so much for great customer service.

Closed the door even though I was coming in exactly at 2PM. Blonde haired lady didn’t even care to look at me just passed by me. Seriously all I needed was checks and they just lock the doors. No one else was behind me. Short Hispanic banker also just ignores me. What kind of business is this where they wont even help someone after 15 seconds past their closing time.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The lady who helped me was very nice, however the information I was told was inaccurate. She kept pushing forward for me to use the mobile app to deposit my check. I went ahead and did. Keep in mind direct deposit is available at my job but it was still being processed, so I was getting paid by check meanwhile. I've deposited my checks with no issues through the ATM. I use the mobile deposit, ONCE and get told my check will be held for 2 weeks. Apparently I make too much money and have to wait for my next check to verify how much money is going in the bank. Come on CHASE; do better.
