Scheduled an appointment with the minute clinic to have blood drawn and labs done. Upon arrival was told they did not do this type of thing, despite the appointment system having what I wanted done as one of like 5 options. Complete waste of time, either false advertising or lazy.

The Pharmacist is a complete jerk.I was answering his questions (what’s your DOB, name, etc.) for a prescription refill and asked me “if I was done talking.” Then when I questioned him being rude he was trying to justify it because he’s the manager.Chris is a miserable nobody!! Even tried to tell me his name was “Misty” when I called him out for being unprofessional.Reporting his license!!

The pharmacy worker konda rude when you call but when you see them in person they are normal the price here also kinda higher than other I'm going back toTom Tom they had lower prices over there. i hate to giving less stars so I'ma gave them 5 star anyway lol

If you need good service DO NOT go to this CVS pharmacy. Even their pharmacist is crude and needs an attitude adjustment. He lacks even the basics of quality customer service.One star is one too many for them

If I could -0 stars I would. THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY! They NEVER answer the phone. I have been waiting on them to transfer my medication list, so I can get my medication at an NEW PHARMACY and they have not put into the system. HORRIBLE I would NOT recommend this CVS to ANYONE!

The absolute worst experience I’ve had in a clinic!!! The nurse practitioner was so rude. She canceled my appointment for no reason. Her excuse is I didn’t check in but I DID. She didn’t even bother calling my name. I was there early and waited for an hour.

I placed a photo order with this location And was displeased from the moment I started. I realize that The c v s app crashing every few minutes was not their fault so I gave them the benefit of the Doubt and drove up there to talk to them about it. When I picked up my order, Only a portion of my order had actually gone through but I didn't realize that until I got home. I drove back up there and went to pick up the rest of my order to which they said they never received. The original order was screwed up because they said they could not print 5 by 7 for me so I had to place a new order with the 4 by 6's. I thought this was a little ridiculous but I did so anyway. Whenever I came up to pick up the second half of my order tthey didn't have it, and she made me order in store through the machine. This took an outrageous amount of time and the machine kept disconnecting- I was in there for over 35 minutes. By the time I finally got finished and checked out, she absolutely refused to give me the discount that I had been using and that she had already given me earlier in the day because the order was placed inside and not over the internet. I told her that it was their mistake and that I was trying to be polite, but this had got completely out of hand and she blatantly refused to give me the fifty percent off code that would have given me my four dollars off My photo order. I'm extremely irritated with CVS and will not be using this location for anything. I highly discourage anybody to go here..

D*** manager on duty wouldn’t sell me pink eye drops relief for my son. Told me to get out of line because she couldn’t figure out how to ring something up that is on the shelf priced!! How are you going to deny to sell me something that is needed. D*** d*** d*** incompetent manager,

The pharmacist is incredibly rude. You wait 30 minutes to get through on the phone and then he hangs up on you. I went in and tried to discuss and he completely admitted to hanging up on people when it is busy. I have been with CVS my entire adult life and am moving to Walgreens now. Do not waste your time at this store no matter how convenient, it may be. There are plenty of other pharmacies around this area. The pain, simply isn't worth it.

To keep it brief, this CVS location never answers their phone - so it's impossible to call for perscription status. The only way to know is to show up in person, which is always a bummer because their pharmacy wait times are ungodly. The staff is nice enough, but they are clearly desperate for help - and have been for quite some time.

Google the corporate number and complain. If you're getting poor service, remember, CVS Health's CEO's total yearly compensation is $21.32M / year. She can take a phone call.

Had to pick up a couple prescriptions and there was a bit of a line. Emmanuel helped me out and was very patient with various customers, some of which were treating the staff very poorly. Nonetheless, he acted very professional and assisted everyone kindly. Great pharmacy staff
