I have known Dennis Tuttle and his team for many years. I have always found Dennis and his to be kind, generous, and above all, professional. I am grateful to have the Dennis Tuttle Real Estate Team as a resource.
My son and I are excited to attend The Dennis Tuttle Real Estate Team’s Elevate Live service with Nick Vujicic. All the staff and team were super nice and friendly, and they made sure getting into the auditorium was a smooth and organized matter. While waiting, we got to look into the amazing community center Building Blocks 4 Kids is working on in Uganda.

Derek Lewis and rest of the Dennis Tuttle team is amazing. Derek is a fantastic realtor. He didn't harass me about getting into a home. He let me go at my own pace. Also, his attention to detail as to what I was looking for was just out of the world. I highly recommend him. Jill is just a sweet heart. Her customer service skills are top notch. She helped me stay on track with documents that need to signed so, I can get my house in a timely manner. Thanks everyone.

Jacob Martin, Frances Venable, and the entire team at Dennis Tuttle took such great care of me during the purchase of my new home! This was my second home buying experience and I so wish I had used Jacob and his team the first time around. If I ever decide to buy another property, Jacob will be my first call. He was introduced to me by a mutual friend and was able to come meet with me about the house I'd found within an hour of the first phone call! He was able to link me with a wonderful lender quickly and we had an offer submitted and accepted the next day. Frances was an absolute dream when it came to the details of my transaction. She very quickly and easily communicated with me as to what documents she needed so that my transaction was a smooth one. Everyone in the office I talked to was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough great things about this team.

Five Stars is not enough to indicate the excellence that Dennis and his team served us with throughout the selling process! They made a stressful time as simple and easy as possible. From a well thought out plan based on comps that included little nuances that other realtors did not consider. He set the price right. We listed at 5pm on Friday and by Monday we had multiple offers over our asking price. By Tuesday afternoon we accepted a contract for 10k over list price.
Dennis and his team sent a professional house stager and we followed her advice to a T which I’m sure added to the sell-ability. Their photographer was fantastic, included drone shots. Online marketing was top notch!
They added value by sending little “encouragements” along the way. They LISTENED to us and it showed up in several meaningful ways. They took time to explain things we might not have understood and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.
If you need a good realtor team to support you while selling your house in the least stressful way possible - call the Dennis Tuttle Team! P.S. - I’m positive that they’d do an equally good a job on helping anyone buy a house as well!
