I have hardly found a store with so many friendly, smiling people. At checkout and when you ask questions, there seems to be a good atmosphere. Not quite the selection of the larger Kroger stores, but they have 90% of the items I need. I go here often.

I've been going to this grocery store for the last 6 months since I've moved to the area. I absolutely give the staff 5 stars because of their hospitality. During the snowstorm, an employee hooked my boyfriend & I up with not only 1 but 2 frozen pizzas after they were already closed. & just the other week another employee returned my boyfriends wallet to his house because she found it in the parking lot. Talk about some kind, genuine employees they have working for this Kroger location!! With all that being said, the place is always clean, stocked and easy to navigate! Definitely recommend coming to this Kroger.

Kroger is great, just wish they let the gas points roll over instead of losing out of a dollar off gas because time ran out at 98 points

Never had I ever walked into a store had the manager tell me I looked lost. I assured her that I am at Kroger and I'm in the beverage aisle looking for a drink before taking my COVID shot. I followed up with my second shot there and they act as if I didn't have an appointment and then I had to show them the email they had sent me. Granted they were unprepared so did my same routine as last time until they gathered what they needed. The people who worked there followed me throughout the store. It was very uncomfortable and unsettling to say the least. I will not return to this store.

I've been told by one of the employees that works here they re-wrap and re-label expired meat, I have gotten sick after buying chicken here so I believe him. Selection here is poor, staff is literally checked out, the building and decor is very dated bordering on gross. There are Tom Thumbs nearby that are modern and clean. Please don't go here, for the sake of your health!

So you order online and all your items are in stock but by the time they get around to filling your order half of it is out of stock. Please explain to me what good it does to do this when over half your order is not filled? That's not like one or two items either. Perhaps you should start filling orders within a reasonable time of the orders being submitted?? My order was not filled for over 14 hours after I placed it. That's ridiculous!!

Kroger, It is to my sadness, that I will never and I mean never go into the Kroger on Bowen. I can't even give you a one star. Slowly but surely I have seen you decline in service and the cosmetics of the store. You have great employees that I have talked to and just enjoyed seeing them do their work and every time I go in a few are Dwayne, Mary ( I believe she retired) she lives in the same area I live. (About 2blocks away from Kroger) and another but my memory fails me at this time. She usually runs the front kind like a manager if she's not anyways. Mangers are responsible for setting the tone and standards of any place, if management can not have employees pull up their pants and wear a mask then, the employees run the store not the mangers, don't give me excuses of the employee working 45 days straight or he's the only one in that department, whatever it is it's not good enough, women and children go in your family oriented store , you sir have failed. 45 days ? Someone is getting overtime and should be thankful for the job! Kroger you have stooped to a new low. Congratulations I didn't think it could be done but you proved me wrong. This is only my opinion. Ps. I am forced to even give you 1 star to post.

This is a neighborhood Kroger not one of the large new fancy ones. I go here very rarely but the few times I have I was pleased. I store has all you want good vegetable department, great meat department. They do have a gas station out front for gas.The store is small so it seems a little tight and not newer so a little old school feel to it. Parking lot is full but the lines seem to go fast no big wait. For a Kroger to run into and grab something it works.

I don't find myself at this Kroger too often, but every now and then, here I am. I like that it's not enormous, it's pretty easy to navigate. But with that comes less variety in products -- there aren't as many gluten free things here, for instance. The Kroger on Lamar is my location of choice!! They have a pretty nice produce section here, and the staff is nice. The building itself is pretty run down though, it's not the most glamour shopping experience.

Been shopping Kroger for decades. Went in to the local store today and the aisles are cram packed. Claustrophobic and very uncomfortable, barely able to navigate. Then, the meat alternative freezer case was filled with dead animal products. I will have to find a new store. Can't and won't shop here anymore.

From transients in the parking lot to packing so much stuff in the store that the aisles become blocked, this place is horrible.
