the store it self is not bad but me and my sister had a basket full of thing and there was not one cash register open we had to scan over 50 things and the self check out kept saying " don't remove the bags From the bagging area it took us a good 30 min to bag everything. everything else was good just the checking out part they need to fix!.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Just called the Kroger pharmacy because I got an automated voicemail stating I had a prescription ready. I call because I don't get prescriptions filled at Kroger and definitely not this location. They just slam you on hold, twice. Then hung up on. This would be the absolute last place on earth I would go to for anything. Rude and not customer service oriented at all.

I was in intense pain with kidney stones and was provided a prescription of oxycodone. When I went to pick up the prescription I was told there was only 19 and they would have to order the rest. I am already out of it bc of the pain and other meds I was currently taking and bc of the pain I agreed to pick up 19 and I was under the impression I could pick up remaining when it came in. I called to fill the remaining prescription and was advised they can’t do that. I said what do you mean? Fatima who works in the pharmacy places me on hold and then comes back very aggressively and does not allow me to speak. She said they told you you wouldn’t be able to get the remaining in which nobody ever said that to me as I would have never agreed to it. So she ended up hanging up on me instead of trying to listen to what I was trying to say and what I was informed. I called back and spoke to Christina who very nicely explains the same thing. I again advise I was under the impression I was able to get the remaining amount in which she said no. So then I said that was fine I would call my doctor. I asked Christina for Fatima’s name and she advised to me that she was not there and had already left and doesn’t know her name. I said mam, she literally just hung up on me. She then gives the phone to Fatima who provides her name very rudely and I asked why it was that she was being so rude and aggressive when I’m just asking a question. She doesn’t answer and hands the phone back to Christina who provides me her name and I then ask to speak to the supervisor who they advised is not there. Christina provided his name as Jimmy Mai. Fatima also advised me to come up to the pharmacy if I want to speak to her supervisor. How incredibly disappointing Kroger pharmacy that you allow your employees to speak to your customers in this way. Especially those who are experiencing medical issues. I am also pretty sure that the pharmacy shouldn’t be shorting prescriptions especially controlled substances. I will be reporting Kroger pharmacy and making a complaint against these to young ladies.

Not only is this store lacking in all grocery departments, I did a $5 cash back, removed the receipt, but had to backtrack to remember to get the $5. In a matter of 3 minutes, someone else collected the money. Kroger store manager states there was nothing he could do. Nor reimburse the money. Soooo, cameras everywhere, including more at self-checkout, but nothing they can do??!! Whaaaattt??? The senselessness & incompetence is ridiculous.

From day one after transferring all my prescriptions from the Kroger on S. Cooper St. in Arlington Texas this pharmacy at the Kroger on South Fielder is a total disaster. From the management to the employees they seem to think that their name is on the outside of the building and not Kroger‘s. They have the worst attitudes they all act like they owned the business and they can treat customers as they wish. Rude rude rude rude unpleasant unprofessional unkind rude rude rude warning do not fill prescriptions here

I'd give 0 stars if I could!!! Expensive, Nasty, not very friendly at times, dirty, never stocked it does not matter time of day or which Kroger's location- I hate that they are the Grocery store in Arlington,Tx. I am from South Tx and HEB IS BY FAR THE BEST GROCERY STORE EVER. I WISH and in Fact prayed HEB would build a store in Arlington,Tx. I have Never cared for Walmart Grocery Shopping ever until I relocated for work in DFW area. I now find myself grocery shopping there before walking into a Kroger's

This Kroger should be an embarrassment to the Kroger chain. I would never set foot in the store except for an emergency like the roads are covered with ice and it's the closest grocery store to your home. The whole store is depressing. Nothing is done neatly, you'll see things out of place all over the store. But the worst thing is their produce bins. They are literally filthy. They look like they have never been cleaned. This isn't due to being short staffed due to the pandemic. It was like that before the pandemic. I had stopped going there until I decided to try it again due to the roads being icy and I live about a mile and a half away. That was a big mistake. This place is likely a hazard to your health.

THIS KROGER IS GREAT !! But Beware of the rude and condescending woman behind the counter of the FCNB. I was being open and honest about cashing my check and she got smart with me and it almost seemed like she wanted embarrass me ... lol but all she did was confuse me more on the issue I had ... anyway she sucks

Made a delivery order today and two items were on my receipt and missing from my delivery. I called the store (one on Arkansas and Fielder) and they said they couldn’t help and I had to call InstaCart. Called InstaCart and said I just wanted my two items that were either still in the delivery driver’s car or sitting at the checkout lane.
