I have been coming to this Kroger Pharmacy on Pleasant Ridge, in Arlington for many years and have never had an issue. Professional, friendly and do their best to assist customers and deal with insurance companies. Love them!

Don't order from here for pickup. I always receive the worst produce. Moldy berries, brown salad kits, a rotten watermelon that cracked open and leaked in my car. My last order contained old chicken. Employees seem nice but I'm tired of getting crappy food. Won't be ordering from this location again.

New (June 2023) customer for this pharmacy. Long history with the large chain pharmacies. Definite improvement regarding customer phone service. The other pharmacies have began using corporate/menu customer service. Call this Kroger pharmacy & the phone is answered timely. The customer service over the phone is upbeat & eager to please. Hope this type of service continues. Would give 5 stars but haven't been a customer long enough. I try to give updates to my reviews, so will be back in a few months. Hopefully, I can add another star.

No toilet paper, no soap to wash hands. I always carry my personal hygiene items with me, for cases like this. I wonder if the employees who handle fresh food have their own bathroom or use the one used by the general public.

Moved my prescriptions from CVS. Saving hundreds of $, scrips are ready much faster, pharmacy staff pleasant and efficient.

I used to shop here all the time, but I don't anymore because lately every single time I go on this Kroger, they are out of one or more items I specifically came in to purchase. These are common items, like grass fed milk or garlic bread. They can't seem to keep items in stock. Also I stopped buying meat at Kroger because it's too tough. Kroger used to have the best meat but that is no longer true.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time we come here to pick up a prescription we have an issue. We also have the Kroger rx savings plan which somehow made our prescriptions more expensive than ever before instead of covered or less expensive as quoted when we signed up for the plan. Our out of pocket has been met since September and they can’t figure that out. Our insurance BCBS has tried to contact them multiple times to avoid the above issues and they never answer their phone. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

I love the Kroger pharmacy! Their app is easy to use. I love the drive thru. Check out the Kroger Good Rx plan online. I save more money with this plan than my medical Insurance!!

Zero stars for me because 1 is to much. This store is horrible the customer service is terrible! And it seems like the employees there rubbed off on the senior citizen customers because one old lady told me to stop following her lol. Goes to show you how small the store is. And another one told my husband he needed to pick up the trash up around our car where we parked as if he threw trash out of our car lol. Neither of us said anything to them we just ignored the ignorance. Parking lot is congested. There are always long lines for check out and usually only one checkout line open. The isles are too narrow. Never coming to this location again I'd rather drive to the one on 287!

This dude, the "market manager", verbally berated me today!! Yikes! I asked him to cut my salmon into fillets and he said it would be a 2.00 per pound up-charge. I told him no one has ever told me that before. (I've been shopping here for over 15 years and my statement is true and I was confused.) He told me well then they were being nice but they weren't supposed to do that. Okay. So I ask (calmly) "Why does the sign in the middle of the meat market say "we prep for you for free"?" His response was to raise his voice at me and fiercely tell me "If I say that's what it is then that's what it is. Don't question me. I am the market manager and if that's what I say then that's what it is! I am not in the mood for this. I will do only my job and what that requires. I am understaffed and I am not in the mood to deal with this right now!" I said (calmly, but now shaken) "all I did was ask you a question and not even rudely." (Granted I admit the question was inherently confrontational, but it was also genuine.) To which he explained (irritated but more calmly than before) that free prep was only for the market meals. I said thank you for answering my question and walked away like a deer in head lights. Beware this dude - don't challenge him unless you're ready to be told off like a bad child. 1. As a victim of former domestic abuse, being verbally berated is especially triggering for me. 2. Does he think I have no right to question anything? I am NOT generally confrontational, but if it goes against my very long time experience, can I not inquire further? 3. I do not think there is any way he would have responded to me in this way if I was a man. Now I can't go back to Kroger anymore, thanks bruh.

Terrible!!!! Dr. called in prescription around 530ish. Called to check on it at 630. They said didn't have it. Explained it was a teledoc could they check again and all of a sudden "there it was". They said it would be 830, asked if it wasfinished before if they could give us a call because it was just a topical cream andit was for three-year-old whose bedtime is at 8:30. Has been got there at 8:20 still wasn't ready went and shopped around even passed by the pharmacy a few times went back back at 8:50 ish had to stand in line behind someone gets up there and they say oh we don't even have it even though he was in the store the whole time never informed him. then they closed without offering to try to transfer it or help us in any way shape or form. we'll be switching pharmacies immediately I advise you either switch or stay far far away. If this had been Is a breathing type issue or something that was more serious I can't even imagine what the Outcome would have been.

It is said that every time I come to this Pharmacy the line is out the door. This place is understaffed and always a paid in the a$$. I recommend a different place. The GM and Pharmacists are obviously not trying to develop a better system for their customes.

I love this store, but today a young lafy who running the front was very rude to two older gentlemen that didnt know the customer service was closed, She yelled like they were d**** and everyone turned around looking at her like why do u have to yell. You need a sign up that says its closed, and when it will be open. You have a lot of older people there, and yelling at them is not cool at all.

I haven't ever really had an issue with this pharmacy. Yeah they are show occasionally but they do their job as best they can.
