Since the pandemic, their prices have gotten outrageous. Way to profit off the rest of us during a terrible time.

I am a senior and was so glad that Kroger had special hour for us. But in entering store there was basically no meat, no milk dairy. a few people were stocking the shelves. I was able to get toilet tissue 12 rolls and cost 16.49. This use to be my store but not so anymore. Also in checking at the self check was full and the one attendant was standing instead of helping to clear the registers for other customers.

There always seems to be an issue almost every time I go here. It has run smoothly maybe once or twice, & I’ve been coming regularly this year. It seems as though they really do not care about you. It’s always such an inconvenience. I’m searching for a better pharmacy. One that is better organized, & has better customer service. They are usually rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible experience with the Clicklist...sat for 2 hours waiting for them to complete my order and then once I finally did get my order they did nothing to make it right...no discount, no store credit, NOTHING. Ruined our dinner plans for a Saturday night. I will never shop there again.

Clean Multiple handicap parking spots. Great Deli, Bakery, Floral, and meat departments. Awesome pharmacy. Clean restrooms

So... prices going up- service going down!!! Load your groceries into the cart, unload your groceries on the belt( I put them in an order so all the cold and frozen stuff is together, bread last, can goods together, etc)then you get someone who mixes it all up and puts the bread in with the cans or you have sack your groceries(if you don’t want the bread smashed and eggs broken)into crappy bags that tear, then take them out and load into your car!! Really??? This grocery shopping is becoming an experience I really don’t like!!!

I have been told by this pharmacy that I am not taking what has been prescribed, instead they have had me pay for a different medication by way of negligence, which I have been consuming for the past fifteen days. No one bothered to call and inform me of their mistake and honestly, sarcastic/aggressive attitudes over the phone and in the drive thru. They are not trustworthy. I heard this information and was told I could transfer my scripts by calling a different Kroger location. I got the word that they could send the new pharmacy everything, but no, they failed to do this and I don’t have the medicine I need this morning. No matter what you do, don’t trust this pharmacy.

My husband had trouble with the automatic machine at the self checkout yesterday. But Alicia the manager was helpful in resolving the situation by returning the money to my husband today. My family and I have been shopping here since before I can remember! Now I have my own child and my family chooses to still shop here because we are very close by and the prices are great! Plus we love the people and the convenience.

I drive out of my way to go to this Kroger. I will start with the con, and that is the parking lot. There are just not enough spaces. There is nothing they can do about it, but it is inconvenient. Otherwise, it is awesome. They always have checkers at the registers which is my main complaint with some of the other locations. It seems like they are just pushing you to do the self checkout, and no one at the register. I hate that. The layout inside is a bit different. You have the flowers and produce ok one side and the frozen foods and dairy on the other. They also have a sushi stand and a cheese counter at this location. I LOVE the cheese counter. The variety is amazing and at both ends, they have a little basket with little bits of different cheeses to buy. I like to try new things, so I always check this out, and sometimes buy a few of them and make a fancy Mac and cheese. There are other Krogers closer to me, but it is worth extra drive. It is just a better shopping experience. And they have a fuel center!

Zero customer service skills. The pharmacist are nice, friendly and informative but the staff is awful. Kroger pharmacy policy and cost are restrictive and cause harm to people who need there meds but can't because of Kroger policy

I was at self checkout. Employee comes up behind me and startles me and takes the milk from my cart and puts it on counter for me to scan. I am like ok. Then she comes back and says are you putting each separate item in a separate bag? I said well the icing cup cake versus the oranges versus the paper plates, yes. She just walked off. And then each item i scanned and bagged was saying remove unscanned item. Then it would accept it and be ok. As she hovered over me a 3

This is my go to store! I am disappointed in the training the baggers receive. I understand and appreciate how Kroger reaches out and hire special needs men and women, however management is not training them properly. It's not an issue with patience, it's crushed bread, produce, and bags filled improperly that glass bottles fall out. These young people are not to be faulted, management is. It's going to be awkward when I tell them "I will bag it myself". God I hope I don't sound like a jerk.

Went shopping tonight, and was helped by the most delightful girl. I had the most difficult time shopping and finding everything that I needed, and was a bit frustrated when I went to checkout at the self-check. Miss Caitlyn, one of the supervisors, was exceptionally professional, and made sure all of my issues and frustrations were addressed and fixed. I just hate that she's only at this store temporarily, as she's moving to the new mega-store when it opens. Kroger - excellent decision in hiring Caitlyn! Best customer service ever!

As grocery stores go they are okay most days. Seafood appears to be 90% sourced from overseas. They tend to pack the aisles with displays all the time and this makes it even more difficult to navigate the smaller aisles. Parking lot us a CF most days with not enough spaces. Their gas pumps are the best part of this store but there is always a line to the pumps, not enough gas stations in this part of town.

Bad manager. Posted pic. He does not care about his customers. A man in line in front of me was trying to buy 8 briskets for a fundraiser with a raincheck. The manager said he would only sell him three even though the raincheck allowed for 10. I left my $120 worth of groceries and told him I would not be back. Once again this bad manager did not care. I have a big family and there are plenty of other stores in the area. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer Service and possibly meat handling or meat case temp issues. Don’t Buy any meat from this store!!! I purchased 2 beef ribeye steaks 1 @ $13.00 a lb ($2.00 off) @ beef ribs just several hours ago. I was going to surprise my kids. The meat was rotten and foul smelling. The package was vacuumed sealed and looked fresh;but once I broke the seal the smell was an aweful stinch. think Krogers’s May have an issue with their meat cases. Not sure. I don’t ever b

It's time for a change. We've been shopping here almost weekly for many years. But we've seen customer service gradually deteriorate over the last few years. For example, parking is often abysmal. And the store recently expanded the self checkout area which is okay for smaller trips. But something often goes wrong, resulting in delays while you wait for the attendant to get to you. The conventional checkouts have been changed to make them more inefficient. Instead of the cashiers taking items directly from your cart, you now must empty the cart yourself, placing them on a small conveyor so that they can take them off the conveyor and put them back in your cart. It's slow, and the long lines and the long wait to check out are the result. Are they making the service so poor to convince you to use the self serve? On the positive side, the people are generally friendly, especially at the deli counter (but folks at the nearby Sprouts deli are friendly too). Selection is usually good (and I know where everything is). And they have a Starbucks. But the overall reduction in service at this Kroger has convinced me I might as well brave the poor service at the Walmart Supercenter down on Little Road. Selection there is as good or better. Prices are generally better. There's not a big differentiator for Kroger anymore.

This is a horrible place very racist not helpfull at all once so ever. Very rude to minorities. Please do not spend your money on this kroger it was the most horrible experience ever they treated me and my family very disrespectful, my husband works long hours to supply his family with the necessities that we need and we felt just horrible for spending our hard ern cash on this racist place. We will never be visiting this kroger ever again! Also when we needed assistance the woman with short hair came didnt excuse herself just got in the middle of me and my husband and right infront of us she used her MIDDLE FINGET to press the buttons on the screen! What was wrong with her index finger? Pinky? Absolutely nothing!!! Ridiculous poor excuse for a human being that has no type of home training.
I noticed that the man beside us a ( tall Caucasian man)at self check out also needed asistance and what did she do? She went right over and used her index finger to press the screen!!!!! Unbelievable really the manner she was speaking to us was disgusting with no type of politeness in her tone of voice but would quickly speak in a diffrent tone when her race approached her or spoke to her. I am very disgusted I advise all latinos, Hispanics, minorities not to spend your money here. Save it and go to a different kroger or another store. People go there to buy food with their money just like the next person just because our skin is darker or might not dress like we own a Bentley does not mean we deserve to be looked at differently or let alone be treated disrespectfuly. After all, all types of people ,races bring money to that store!
