Most reliable tire shop I have gone to. They get everything done fast, and have even helped me out with tires i thought was completely useless. I have 3 vehicles and I have only come here all of 2024 and this year. Even my alignment didn't take long as all!

Had an amazing experience today, staff was very friendly and attentive. The Matlock location is super efficient. I’m always nervous going into these kinds of places as a young woman who isn’t “savy” in the car world. However I feel the staff was so genuine, honest, and helpful. Highly recommend. FIVE STARS don’t look elsewhere!

Went to the NTB off 802 interstate 20. My young daughter needed tires ASAP. I set up an appointment online last night for 10am today, but a young woman called me this morning before 9am to confirm the time, but was nice enough. to let me go in ASAP. When we got there, Carly (the worker) greeted me and my very anxious daughter. Carly immediately made us feel relaxed and 'taken care of' Carly was so genuine and knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy. Been to alot of different business where the workers were fake nice & over the top or very very pushy. Carly took care of my daughter and educated her about the different brands. Carly was so nice that we even got my daughter an oil change and air filter change. Carly ordered us tires for my daughters vehicle because she has that one vehicle that takes certain tires that don't cost an arm and a leg. Oh yeah, that offer Veterans discounts which helps alot. The only reason why I stuck with NTB because I was going to walk out the door due to not having the tires in stock was because of Carly. If you worry about your family or you being taken advantage of, rest assured, CARLY will take care of you. You can trust her and highly recommend Carly at the NTB in Arlington off 802 i20. Oh yeah, the tires will be in tomorrow. If her boss reads this, Carly is the reason why I'll send my daughter to on her own with no worries and will tell my fellow veterans about. Take care Carly and thank you for your kindness

Carly helped me with immediate assistance on my truck. Came in for a patch on my tire and ended up needing rear pads. Got them done and she made sure to show me that they will get done right. She had integrity and professionalism. Will be having coming back for my services.

Excellent service!!!! Car maintenance is overwhelming for me and these guys made it so easy. They fixed my problem and even some smaller things I didn’t notice . All the pricing was explained in detail so there were no surprises.I’ll definitely be returning for any future issues.
