New membership and it didn't last a month, unfortunately. Went in today to do my regular lowest level session and was awesomely given a free try on a higher-level(more expensive) bed to see how I liked it. I happily accepted. I enter my room, hit the start button (I pre-lotion to optimize time) undress and get in the bed. I start a song, realize the 3 facial tanners are not working properly and feel the left side of my face burning and the right and front lamps not emitting any heat whatsoever. I hit the stop button (halfway through the FIRST song I played on my phone) and it does not stop so I get out anyway, dress and try the stop button again... nothing. I leave and ask the girl at the front counter if I can use the regular bed, as I did not have my session, she informs me no, per the law we all know and love so much. I am confused, as I did not use the bed the full time.She seems confused as well and kind of just stares at me, not offering any sort of resolution to the issue. I ask if there is a manager, she says she is alone and I ask if there is one to call. At this point, it's apparent I am inconveniencing her ( mind you there are no other guests in the lobby at all) she tells her manager over the phone that I was in there half the time and I'm asking to tan again. She neglects to tell her the issue with the bed's lights or the facts of timing since I pre-started it and the STOP button does not work (not a 20 minute bed btw but she didn't tell me how long it was before I went to use it as well and lies/argues that she did later), so I interject to get the facts given to her manager (finally mentions the lights but not the timer/stop button). This makes her more visibly upset and we start to argue about what she did not communicate with her over the phone, even though I am right there listening to make sure she does (hoping to get the credit back).Once she hangs up, she does let me know the manager is calling someone else to see what they can do and I go take a seat (mind you, I'm thinking another free upgrade since I was unable to use this one NOR use my normal bed for the day). She answers the phone and starts speaking really low so I don't hear, so I walk to the counter to hear (she talks normal again....).All I get after the 2nd phone call is sorry, one tan a day. ??? I was not questioning this... so again, she was in no way listening or providing customer care. I then begin to tell her the way she was handling the situation was improper leading to Crazy attitude because I interrupted. She wasn't listening to what I was telling her and told me she had every right to talk to me the way she was. The fact she still thinks I'm upset about the tanning once a day law over the lack of customer service, credit resolution or simple understanding is laughable.Super unprofessional all around, but this was the only individual I've encountered here that has acted this way.I left, didn't make it to my car, turned around to go back in and end my membership. only my 3rd time there and I don't want to go somewhere I don't feel welcome, comfortable or even taken care of as a guest.As well, when I went in to end my membership, she said nothing, didn't look at me and didn't tell me anything concerning the cancellation. I had to ASK if there was anything I needed to know and she then told me about my cancellation timing concerning dates.Other than this... the 3 times I tanned: great variety of beds to choose from with spray options I unfortunately never got to try, clean beds/facility and normally friendly welcomes when you arrive. A little expensive if you go above the lowest level (but not crazy for avid tanners), as well as having to pay for each part of the spray option individually (which I never encountered elsewhere).Service: Tanning

They have fantastic 4 level beds! The people are super friendly. I love going here. I wont tan anywhere else.

First off, i would like to say that the girl Abby that works there is super nice and so helpful. Always a smile on her face. I walked in today a little before they close ( I immediately said that I was sorry that I was so late because I had just gotten off work). The girl that was working, I think her name is Dominique, just stared at me. Didn't let me pick my bed OR time. I was very disappointed.

I called to ask questions about a spray tan I wanted to get and the employee hung up on me because another customer walked in and she was "by herself and needed to get going" told me if I wanted my questions ansered then to drive up there, then clicked on me. I am a customer too. I will not be going here if I can't get good customer service over the phone. why would I drive up there and spend 60$ after I was hung up on?

As a previous customer I was prepared to return 4 years later. I called the day prior the young lady on the phone was very kind and tried to pull up my previous account and I didn't even care that I had a balance. I wanted to still take care of that and begin my membership again. I let her know I would come by the following day of course I did ask her name but she stayed no appt. And anyone could help me. Ok, I thought sounds great! Well little did I know the gentleman working the front counter really couldn't help me now did he want to. He just wanted to do his job and apparently that was just to fold towels and not know anything about the services they offer. Which would have been fine since he stated he had just started. Well of course the price sheet that they show you some of the verbiages super small and so you can't see it of course I guess he couldn't see it either. Though he clearly didn't want to take the time to look at it or explain any of it. So I jokingly commented don't you know anything. He then started no I just started. So I liked at it some more finally forged it and told him I would just take the basic package. Then suddenly it got strange because he was very abrupt and short requesting my id and debt card. I then started dang are you not happy? He said he's I just trying to do my job , I'm very happy Proceeding to tell me I could just wait for his manager that he didn't feel comfortable helping me. So I was like really? Ok. I stood there a couple minutes and thought about it. Decided to many other places would be glad to take my money and imagine the customer service would be better too. I've tanned at many places over the last 20 years and I've never een such bad customer service.Made me a little sad but off I go!Service: Tanning

This location is SO nice. It's always super clean and the beds are always in great condition. Kia is really sweet and very knowledgeable about the different types of tanning lotions and their ingredients. I appreciate that very much. Not the closest to my home but probably my favorite PBT!

I love this PBT, the prices are right, the staff is amazing and knowledgable. clean store, taking the correct covid procedures. 100% recommend. also highly recommend the emerald line if you are trying to get an amazing true color!!! ;)
